I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Neonest Hospital. From the beginning, I felt that there was a lack of transparency regarding the treatment plan, procedures, and charges. I was asked to make payments without receiving clear explanations about what exactly I was paying for. In my personal experience, the focus seemed to be more on billing and money rather than genuine patient care. I did not feel heard, understood, or properly guided about my medical condition. As a patient, you expect honesty, empathy, and proper medical attention — unfortunately, I did not receive that here. My interaction with Dr. Deepika was also very unsatisfactory. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and there was a lack of proper communication. Instead of feeling reassured, I left feeling stressed, confused, and financially burdened. Healthcare is something people trust with their lives, and when that trust feels broken, it is very upsetting. I am sharing my experience so that others can make informed decisions. I strongly suggest that anyone considering this hospital should ask detailed questions about treatment plans, written cost breakdowns, and all procedures before proceeding. Is their a option for a negative feedback. I eagerly wanted. Irresponsible staff, ill-mannered doctor specially Meenu Grewal & his husband. They do not know how to talk to the parents whose baby are in danger. If we ask them same question again, they get aggressive. Everyday they change their statements about the patient. Except Mother/Father if some other person from family ask them about the status of baby, they only say we are not going to tell u anything we only tell to mother/father. From My personal experience, if you want to burn your money then only visit this so called PREMIUM HOSPITAL.
