I had a very disappointing experience at Neonest Hospital, Rohini, especially with Dr. Meenu Grewal. In my experience, the approach felt more focused on money than on patient care, and I was deeply dissatisfied with the level of professionalism and attention given to patients, particularly newborn babies. I believe that newborns and their parents deserve the utmost care, compassion, and responsibility from medical professionals. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet these expectations. I would strongly urge everyone to do thorough research, read reviews, and carefully consider their options before choosing this hospital for their newborn’s care. Honestly, my experience with Neo Next Hospital has been really bad. It feels like they are more focused on making money than actually treating patients, especially newborn babies who need proper care and attention. The doctors are extremely rude and don't even know how to talk to patients' families. When a newborn is unwell, the family is already stressed and worried, but their behaviour makes everything even worse. Instead of focusing on proper treatment, they keep suggesting test after test without clearly explaining things or confirming what the actual problem is. They seem to make assumptions about the baby's condition without giving the family proper clarity. We felt that the treatment was not being handled properly, and the constant tests only added to our stress and worries. A hospital should focus on treating patients properly, explaining their condition clearly, and making families feel supported, not confused and helpless. Especially when it comes to newborn babies, doctors should be extra careful and responsible. Very disappointing experience. I honestly wouldn't recommend this hospital based on what we experienced. They seriously need to improve their treatment, communication, and behaviour towards patients and their families.
