I am really grateful for the care I received during my C-section delivery. The doctors were skilled, and the nursing staff provided excellent support. The hospital was clean and well-equipped, which made a big difference in my experience.

As a parent of a preterm infant, I was nervous about the care my baby would receive. Thankfully, the staff was incredibly professional and attentive. Their commitment to our baby's health was evident, and it made all the difference. Complete hospital especially NICU staff are all good and supportive too which is utmost required thing parents need during this period. Doctors are calm and cleared and very much explicit towards counselling to us. HR/Admin is also supportive and reliable. I would rate Neonest as one of the best NICU in Delhi.

The staff is very cooperative and well trained in handling babies. Just around the shift changes they are not available on time (8 am and 8pm). Beware don't take sanitizer from them which costs a lot more(₹1200 for 500ml bottle*2) than normal ones in market and also do verify all the medicines used before billing. Scope of improvement : Staff should be more polite when entering the room , they almost scream all the time .

My wife got admitted to Neonest for the delivery and my baby was born via cesarean. I must say from the time of admission till the discharge I got top notch service from the TPA department, team of doctors etc. All the doctors are highly professional and experienced especially Dr. Deepika Taneja. My experience with Newnest Hospital was extremely disappointing and stressful. My elder brother’s baby was born here, and initially we were told everything was normal. Later, without proper explanation, the baby was shifted to the NICU. Even after repeated questions, there was no clear communication about when the baby would be handed over. Every day a different doctor came, but no one gave straight answers. The behaviour of Dr. Nikhil Vinayak was highly unprofessional and insensitive, which added to our mental stress during such a critical time. What is even more shocking is that extra charges were taken even after a complete delivery package—for stitch removal, dressing, and even just for meeting the doctor. These services are usually included in a C-section package, which we confirmed from other hospitals as well. Overall, this hospital felt more focused on extracting money than patient care. Our family went through unnecessary mental and financial harassment. I would strongly advise people to think carefully before choosing this hospital.
