Phoenix hospital is home away from home. Dr. Urvashi Sehgal (owner) is just like a mother to me. Throughout my entire pregnancy she kept me feeling positive all the time even though I had some minor issues during my pregnancy. She never prescribes unnecessary tests and always makes you feel comfortable. All my tensions regarding being a first first time mom vanished when i met her. Always smiling and she listens to all your problems and answers them so calmly even though she is such a busy doctor! I really have no words to express my love for her. My normal delivery was only possible due to Dr. Urvashi. Thank you ma'am. May god bless you with a very long and healthy life! Phoenix hospital in itself is a great hospital for both mom and baby. And most importantly, its NOT a money making hospital like other big hospitals nowadays. You will never feel that the charges for anything here are unjust. The services are really good. The staff, junior doctors, nurses are all very well mannered and friendly and take care of you very well. The food is also very delicious! You wont feel like you are in a hospital. It's just like your second home! And not to forget Dr. Deepak Sehgal! He is a great paedriatician and such a sweet doctor. I live in gurgaon and still take my little one to Dr. Deepak for vaccinations and other consultation as well. I highly recommend Phoenix Hospital for anyone who is pregnant. And also for paedriatic consultation.

Dr Urvashi is an amazing and gifted gynecologist and one of the very best in the city. She is a very calm, positive and caring doctor. Pheonix hospitals has a homely feel to it, staff is good and they are not purely commercial like many big hospitals out there. My daughter was born here and so this place is special and always close to my heart. My best wishes to dr Urvashi and her team always.🙏

The staff is excellent. Dr. Urvashi is too good and calmest doctor I have ever met... Except for one doctor in emergency all the doctors are kind supportive. You can one rotten apple in a basket of fresh and good apples. I don't want to disclose her name. She was on night duty on 11 November 2021. Beware of her...rest all is perfect

This was one of the best experiences ever that I had in my entire life. I have seen many doctors and staff. But this was an excellent experience. The staff was so helping and welcoming .. the nurses were active, patient and ever smiling. Although we ended up in the C section but the doctors didn't give up till the last for a normal delivery. My Birthplan was followed to the T and overall experience was definately 10/10. All the best and keep up the good work.

Mostly, Commerce without real care or compassion. The doctors here did not believe in holding a crying baby that’s what they instructed their nursery nurses. I had a high risk pregnancy and I visited after a telephonic consultation. After testing my urine for protein levels, the nurses constantly tried get me admitted into their “deluxe” rooms. My birthing experience was emotionally, physically and psychologically alienating. It took me several months to heal from the experience. I was shocked to see that the doctors here did not believe in holding a crying baby. They often let the babies cry. I couldn’t believe that the lead doctors here are not abreast with the research on the importance of touch and eye contact for an infant. Moreover, it’s mostly commerce without compassion. If you have time and resources, avoid this place. Satvik was a good place for scans, though.

I am really blessed to have Dr. Urvashi and her team with me during my pregnancy and the final moment of joy. Her amazing personality, medical advice with smile, and treating everyone with respect is rare and just awesome. The hospitality during my stay at the facility is just superb. Each staff's behaviour and care is commendable. I wish all the best to everyone at this facility. Dr. Urvashi is GOD to us! I trust her as I would trust my mom! One might need to wait to meet with her for an hour or more, but its worth the wait, cos’ she would give you full attention and understand and advise you with a human perspective and not money making doctor’s perspective. May she be blessed with a very long and healthy life and continues to bring smiles to many many more families!!

A big thanks to Dr. Urvashi & her entire team for safely delivering our baby girl. The word that’s associated with doctors is philanthropy, and interestingly this trait of hers resonates through each & every member of the hospital. One learns a lot from the way she manages her team, having confidence in them which in turn makes the patient also have confidence in the entire team & staff of the hospital when she isn’t around. Not one person in the entire hospital we wouldn’t thank. Special thanks to Dr. Vandana, Dr. Nikhil and their entire team at Sattva. The way Dr. Vandana integrates statistics & other related fields of theoretical knowledge with her practice is noteworthy. Good Hospital for mother and child care 👍👍👍 …

I recently delivered my baby at Phoenix hospital and had to share my great experience. Dr Urvashi is calm and beyond brilliant - she guided me well all through pregnancy as well as through my labor and delivery. She ensured I had a normal natural delivery. One can blindly depend on her decisions. Her entire team took great care of me while I was at the hospital. The nurses and staff are extremely sweet and helpful and help in the quick recovery of patients. Dr Parveen stayed up in a non-stop shift all through my 26 hours labor and took prompt quick decisions. The rooms are big and comfortable and feel as good as being home! I am obliged to the entire team at Phoenix and indebted to Dr Urvashi.
