Phoenix Hospitals

Its so difficult to reach the admin staff. I have been trying to send them emails regarding discharge summary to be sent to me and i am not able to reach them as the number is always engage. I tried sending feedback through their website and the feedback never submits as the website breaks as soon as you hit submit. Not sure how i can get the discharge summary now as i am not in Delhi anymore and its urgent for me

This is a shoutout to the best doctor Urvashi Sehgal and her team at the hospital.Big thank you for looking after me. The nursing team was extremely warm, friendly and always smiling. I felt truely taken care of as a patient.The kitchen food was really nice, healthy and hygienic. Good Hospital strategically situated in well-connected locality. Staff is helpful & Hospital is properly cleaned and maintained. But during my Visit around 1month back, I observed some Staff mismanagement, There were too many people at the Reception but all of them are busy in their own world , Patient need to intermittently poke them to get the things done in time, else there would be indefinite waiting period as No one seems to be worried about the Patient's time. Also, peculiarly observed that main Dr was also involved in Patient handling at reception level, seems crowd of 4-5 attendants are not sufficient to manage the things. Also Note, they don't accept CARD Payments, insists on CASH or UPI only. On Contrary, Dr Vineeta Chaddha was good and gave proper time and consultation as required to the Patient and her vast experience was clearly on display during her handling of complex case of mine.

Dr. Urvashi Sehgal and her team are just fantastic. Both my children were born here and the level of care, empathy, sensitivity shown by her staff and her have been exceptional. My wife just wouldn’t have delivered anywhere else!! Her expertise is amazing and she provides the patient with all the comfort needed and answered all our questions patiently.

The absolute best. Dr Urvashi and Dr Deepak are thorough professionals with golden hearts ♥️ . I have had both my deliveries at Pheonix and both times I had the most wonderful birth experience. I had opted for csections and my deliveries were done with utmost care. My second born had a complication but the entire hospital stood with us for the entire NICU tenure like a rock. Offered all kinds of support one can imagine. They became a family for me in that one week. The nursing staff (Bindu, Kiran, kusum aunty, all the Nicu nurses) is one of a kind. So loving and so prompt. The doctors are so concerned they visit you and counsel you for everything (Naila, Gulnaz, Parveen, Dr Preeti, Dt. Vidhi). Every single person is a delight. And the Stalwarts Dr Urvashi and Dr Deepak, I don’t think i can describe how wonderful they are in words. There are very few ethical medical practitioners left in Delhi and they are one of them. Do not go by the negative reviews. Your personal energy reflects on the people around you too. My experience has always been absolutely brilliant.

Most of the time nurses are not available in nurses counter. Provided spoilt soft diet for patient which was very discussing and unresponsive of kichen staff. For any emergency need to wait for a long time.House keeping also took signature but not provided mosquito repellent liquidator.

Very good hospital although I only went there cuz of Dr Urvashi Sehgal and she is worth every struggle and she can ease pregnancy in amazing ways. I visited there in 2019, I had really less chances of normal delivery but I only wanted to deliver normally. She assured me in all possible ways. Her experience seems in her work and comfort that she provides. For many pregnancy related issues she will not provide hundred of medicines. She also tells old style remedies. Even the whole other staff of the hospital is super good. You will not feel like sitting in a hospital. They take care of you even at night 3 or morning 2.

I had an outstanding delivery experience at Phoenix Hospital, thanks to the exceptional care provided by Dr. Urvashi and the dedicated staff. Dr. Urvashi's expertise, calm demeanor, and constant support made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The nursing staff was incredibly attentive and compassionate, ensuring my comfort and well-being at all times. The hospital's modern amenities and clean, spacious rooms added to the positive experience. From the admission process to discharge, everything was handled efficiently. I truly felt in safe hands, and I highly recommend this hospital for its top-notch care!

It’s a terrible hospital. It’s impossible to connect with the doctors, they rarely pick up calls and there is no coordination between the help desk and the doctors. Had the worst experience ever. One says come today, the other says you don’t have an appointment. It’s impossible. Don’t go here and specially not for something urgent.

Worst experience. I have given blood sample of my daughter. Staff told me that report will be given in 3 days. Now its almost 1 week staff didn't pic the call. Still I am waiting for the reports.
