I've visited Orchid hospital last year fora hysterectomy and was treated by Dr.Krishna Priya Ganguly who happens to be a very respected surgeon and has a very calm demeanor when treating her patients. I was conetely satisfied and extremely happy with the service and treatment given to me by all the doctors and staff. Thank you Doctors for taking care of my health.

Very good treatment by expert doctors, special treatment for ladies' patients. The housekeeping staff is very cooperative and with positive attitude. My wife Ms. Gurpreet Kaur / 43 Yrs was operated on 23 Nov 23. And after the best treatment, she is fine and healthy now. Thanks again to Orchid Hospital Staff and the Management. My wife needed an emergency cyst removal and we went to Orchid where Dr.Kanika gave us a detailed explanation of the procedure and performed the surgery in a swift and effective manner. We are very happy and satisfied with the post treatment care and with the hospital overall.

From the moment we arrived, we were met with professionalism, warmth, and a high standard of care that exceeded our expectations. Prenatal Care: The prenatal care we received was outstanding. The doctors and nurses were thorough, attentive, and always available (even at 3 am midnight) to address any concerns or questions we had throughout the pregnancy. Their expertise and reassurance made us feel confident and well-prepared for the delivery. Labor and Delivery: The labor and delivery team was nothing short of amazing. The nurses were incredibly supportive, offering constant encouragement and comfort to me during the entire process of C-Section . The delivery room was well-equipped, clean, and designed to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for both mother and baby. Medical Staff: Dr. Kanika Gupta, our attending physician, was phenomenal. Her calm demeanor and exceptional skill made the delivery smooth and stress-free. She explained every step of the process clearly, allowing us to feel involved and informed. The anesthesiologist and other supporting staff were equally competent and compassionate. Postnatal Care: The postnatal care was equally impressive. The nurses provided excellent care to me and my baby, offering valuable advice on breastfeeding, baby care, and postpartum recovery. They were patient and kind, ensuring that we were comfortable and confident in taking care of our newborn before we were discharged. Facilities: The facilities at Orchid were well equipped . The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hospital’s commitment to hygiene and safety was evident in every aspect of our experience. Overall Experience: In summary, our experience at Orchid was outstanding. The entire team demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and dedication to providing the best possible care. We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional service we received and would highly recommend Orchid to anyone expecting a child. It was very good hospital, I admitted there for 2 nights due to vomiting and typhiod. I reached there at 8 :30 PM approx. They started treatment as I reached even before the formalities of admission... After formalities they shifted me at room.. The staff (Doctors, nurse, house keeping, cleaning person) all was very cooperative and caring like a family member. In morning a nurse enter in the room, wish good morning with a smile and ask about my health. Her smiling face and sweet voice can treat as well. I take Jain food (without onion garlic) Canteen person had cooked gravy with onion and garlic, when I ask for without onion garlic food, he cooked seperetly daal for me. Thanks you all for your care...

They don't know How to scan , misguided and take money only. she do 2 ultrasound and both are wrong and this lead to lost my baby because of DR Ganguly . never trust her and their other doctors also, Her daughter also don't know anything no proper checkup no solution only money they want nothing else. you suggest a surgery after 5 months when baby was not survive It was totally wrong diagnosis by Dr Ganguly and her daughter they never check properly and we suffer because of doctor.

If I could give Orchid Hospital negative stars, I would. This hospital is an absolute nightmare. The staff is unbelievably rude and incompetent. It feels like they hire anyone who can hold a thermometer, with zero regard for actual medical expertise. Avoid Orchid Hospital at all costs. If you value your health and sanity, find another place for your medical needs. This place is a disgrace to healthcare!

My experience at Orchid Hospital was beyond horrible. The ICU staff were utterly incompetent and uncaring. They ignored patient needs, were frequently absent, and displayed a shocking lack of professionalism. Their neglect and indifference put lives at risk. Avoid this hospital if you value your health and well-being.

We consulted the hospital for my 20 month old baby. The consultant doctor Dr Bhupesh is a dependable person. But when comes to hospital particular,then things change like a Bollywood movie. The hospital charges you good amount of money to include everything. If you are admitted then the night staff has all the capabilities to harass you. The staff sleeps at night and nobody turns up even if you die calling the bell. Housekeeping staff will make you request so much as if they are the owner and you are the worker and they are ready for argument at night two o clock also. Overall a horrible experience. Day staff is still supportive but nights are horrible here. Consultation can be a good option here but not admission.
