We have received more than satisfactory service from the Hospital during the birth of our Child. Dr K P Ganguly is an ace of her field, it is a blessing to be in her guidance. The complete staff at hospital has been very efficient and supportive. Great job done !

Dr Ganguly is really very experienced & practical doctor. Fantastic team of doctor's & nice environment & very supportive staff. I will highly recommend her for consultation and treatment because of her diagnosis.she is not only good in her profession, she is so well behaved and compassion. I feel so free to discuss with her everything. I am going through and she listen with so much patience.

This hospital is so pathetic — a third-grade hospital. There’s no hospitality at all, and the doctors here are third class, who just come for a two-minute visit to the patients. My son has been admitted here for three days, and he hasn’t improved even 1%.

I went to the hospital as my mother was not well. She had earlier visited some other doctor. So, we had the idea of the problem. We met Dr Nivedita Mishra, she was very calm and empathetic. She conducted a couple of tests. The next day, we discussed on the exact problem and she suggested to go for surgery.She explained the process and gave us time to decide. The next day, I got my mother admitted. She was kept on liquid diet for 24 hours and then taken to Operation Theatre. The operation lasted for almost 4.5 hours. After that, she was moved back to her normal room and looked after. The team of nurses were very polite and took great care of my mother. The cleaning was also done frequently and all the vitals were checked frequently. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hospital for treatment.

Worst experience. Dr K.P. Ganguly forced us to deliver our baby early and when the delivery happened there were complications with the baby. She doesn't even bother to ask or tell anything and she doesn't even meet us after the delivery. Worst doctor I've ever seen. Worst hospital, very very bad service they talk to everyone in a rude way but at the time of payments, they charge you extra and give 0% discounts. After the delivery of the baby, she was shifted to another hospital but they still charged the price of the nursery. I highly recommend Never going to this hospital.

Generally i am not a person to give feedback but I must have to do when it's a question of Life and can be valuable for others . I gave birth to my baby Boy here when I brought here I was surfing from typhidot at the time of 8th month of my pregnancy Fortunately I got best treatment and family care here. All staff is 110% supportive and caring. They handled me with extreme care and love. I could feel empathy in eyes of each staff when I was worried about my situation . I will definitely recommend Dr Ganguly and her best Team for others.

very fraud hospital, they didn't tell our patient that something was wrong with her during the pregnancy and they kept on lying for 5 months. They misguided our patient for atleast 5 months and just cared about money and at the end we had to go to a different hospital for a surgery, this made our patient's health very critical and they're responsible for this. Machines have malfunctions in this hospital. please never go here🙏🙏

It is a small hospital but well managed. It has a well equipped ICU and OT apart from the wards. Maternity department is headed by the experienced Dr. Ganguly. My father had an enlarged prostate and got operated here. The ICU is managed 24 /7 by experienced Dr. Gupta and anesthesiologists. I was really impressed by the expert anesthetists employed by the hospital who manage operation theater and ICU for 24/7. I would recommend this hospital to all.

Very bad hospital. Doctor won’t even visit you, and charge you two times for doctors visit. Money making is the only purpose for them. Staff is also very careless.

My life was saved from severe typhoid in 2018 by Dr. Hari Om Gupta. All nurses are well trained , very affordable service for non insurance personnel, food is good. but doctors that come upon calling in night shift were rude and terrible . July 2018 ( slightly overweight doctor from what I remember was very rude) . Overall experience was nice back then, i hope they have kept the same affordable and honest pricing , it is very difficult to find honest hospitals these days. Please be same !
