Orchid Hospital

My experience at orchid hospital was positive,and felt well cared for during my treatment of typhoid. The competent medical staff,clean facilities and supportive environment contribution to a satisfactory and successful recovery.

Updated today, 23/Jan Still maintains the same quality standard in medical care, if not a notch above now. I reached hospital at 7:30, Dr. Hari Om Gupta was attending an emergency patient. Waited for sometime in the waiting area. I was second in queue. On my turn, he checked me with great care and diagnosed my ailment as dehydration with a bp of 90/60. He transferred me to emergency for DNS drip. He gave me the option oral rehydration and a drip. To play safe i opted for a DNS drip. During the course he kept calling ICU to check the status of patients in ICU. No greed to make money the only aim to provide the best possible medical care. Thank God Orchid is there in the Janakpuri area of West Delhi. No words to Thank You enough Doctor Gupta 🙏🙏 ************************ The best hospital in terms of treatment, doctors, nursing staff etc. Received the best medical treatment at the most reasonable cost.

WORST HOSPITAL. One should only go to this hospital only if they don’t love their lives because doctor as well as their staff over here is highly uneducated and manner less. If there would have been option to give rating in negative so that I would have opted for. Doctor himself is not able to recognise the disease and has charged a lots of money. Hell with their staff. Nurses don’t even deserve to be called nurse because they don’t know the meaning of their job and have no dignity to help people in their hospital rather they make fun of patients Strict action should be taken against them.

Horrible experience during my mother's admission. Right from cleanliness to care to behavior of doctors and staff, nothing can be compared to the amount that they charge in the name of facilities and patient care. If your patient is critical I would never advise you to take him/her to orchid hospital, janakpuri

Very well mannered staff with complete focus on patient care. On this Dr's day I salute Dr. Ganguly and Dr. Gupta alongwith their team of drs for their selfless services. I really liked the approach of Dr. Manisha, she is very disciplined, concerned about the patient care. She never compromises on the patient care. I have never come across such Dr in my life. For her patient care is above everything. I have got my mother in law treated their for Dengue, my sister got operated in the same hospital, based upon my personal experience I would say Best Hospital in NCR in terms of patient care.

Orchid Hospital is a complete mess. The staff is rude and clueless. Nurses are always distracted, and doctors barely listen to you. The place is dirty and the equipment looks ancient. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this disaster of a hospital.

Most pathetic hospital and quite a horrifying experience. It may appear like a hospital during daytime, however during night time it’s like a jungle… no care and total lackadaisical behaviour of the staff. They remain busy in their daily chores with least care for the patients. There is a nurse named Kalpna who is highly argumentative with patients, kind of scold attendants if she is requested for some kind of care for patients. The owner of the Hospital Dr Hariom Gupta though appears to be a sensible person but surely not under control of his staff and as a result, the hospital is poorly managed. The hospital doesn’t follow any of the prescribed norms of the health department. If one asks for complaint register, the very smartly handover plain paper to be torn off at a later stage. An advice to all - Enter this jungle at own Risk

Very pathetic service and rude behaviour by all staff members. A fully business hub and money making people’s. My wife was admitted for Ectopic surgery due to emergency through Insurance. But after even full payment made by Insurance co. they deducted my huge amount and it’s still pending with hospital. I will never prefer to anyone for this hospital. Really really I’ll mannered staff trained by hospital owners. Even worst then government hospital, even they have some manners.

Dr. Hariom gupta is a very good doctor. No matter whatever problem I'm suffering from, he always prescribed best medicine.He has a very good behaviour. Even doctor Dr. Krishna Ganguly is a good female doctor. Hospital staff members are also good and caring.👍 …

"I've had the worst experience at this hospital. Within just 2 hours of admission, they administered wrong medication to my grandmother, who walked in seeking treatment. Tragically, she passed away shortly after. Dr. Dharmesh Jain had recommended this hospital, but when I tried calling him numerous times, he didn't respond. Only when my grandmother was on the ventilator did he arrive, informing us that she had passed. My experience with this hospital, particularly ICU, was appalling. They seemed more interested in passing time than providing proper care. I strongly advise against visiting this hospital and Dr. Dharmesh Jain."
