I really want to thank Orchid doctors/Staff. All are very generous, knowledgeable and helpful. Special thanks to Dr. Rupesh (Ped.) and Dr. Manisha (Gyne). Many thanks for saving our life and being kind in our hard time. Appreciated and recommended.

My experience at Orchid Hospital was terrible. The treatment was extremely poor, with unresponsive and rude Doctors. The ICU staff were the worst—completely inattentive and unprofessional.

This is the worst hospital I ever visited in my life. My daughter who is just 9 yrs had a small wound on her chin where only one stich was required ( infact other hospital doctor suggested me no stich required) . And here in this hospital they just wanted to make money thanks god I escaped from them and didn't follow them. Just for the small stich they were forcing me to sign the consent form and saying that the surgeon will come and give anesthesia for 6 hrs she will be unconscious. Which hospital does that for a very small wound on a 9 years child's chin. Disgusting very disgusting, they lost the humanity.

Ganguly is Greedy doctor , suddey increased 15000/- charges at the time of operation. Before that I took package but this greedy cheater doctor suddenly increased charges one minute ago just before operation morover there final settlement bill will be 30% high then the actual package which you will take before admit. Front staff very rude they donot know how to speak. I agree with others review this hospital is much expert in converting normal to cesarean. Request to google donot delete my review I can show the admit proof.

One of the worst hospital or you can say business hub to loot the helpless people by the Hands of doctors My son was admitted at the on 27/07/2021 for having fever and they have taken X-ray but I never got the report, then they took RTPCR of my child and got report after 48 hrs only after continuously following the the staff. The treatment given is worthless then I have to shift my son to the another hospital who is just 2 years old If you have the insurance then there mode of treatment extends Very bad experience

1. THEY HAVE 3RD PARTY AMBULANCE SERVICE. 2. THEY DO NOT HAVE NICU . 3. NO COVER OF MEDIXINE IN THE PACKAGE OF HOSPITAL 4. Won't going back here, kindly go at your own risk as they have conscent form for everthing So it is a question on the credibility of the hospital, as they have a lot of difference between saying and writing and when you are not in state of thinking they force you to do whatever they are saying, it's my personal opinion to not visit them even at any condition kindly see your side yourself. Not to blame anyone but dr. Kanika gupta must know how to talk to her elders politely and with a little manners.. anyhow she can listen my advice and learn something or she can reply me in her actual fightfull tone.

Worst hospital, will never recommend, not even to my worst enemy. Random doctors pay visits to see patients post treatment and, none of them is specialized. I found cockroaches in deluxe room and Dr. came and only apologised by saying you are not paying for the room , insurance companies would pay. You come with one patient and God bless the patient but they will make the attendent another patient, HOD and senior gynecologist speaks very rudely. Staff and nurses don't know what to do when and how. They just know how to make money by making fool out of their innocent patients by making them pay through insurance companies and putting life in danger. If you happen to find any positive reviews about this hospital, it's either fake or paid one. IF YOU ARE A WELL WISHER OF YOUR DEAR ONES, PLEASE DONT OPT FOR THIS HOSPITAL. PLEASE DON'T.

Worst hospital in delhi, actually not just delhi but whole world. No professionalism, nurses over here doesn't have manners to talk, they directly shout at you, and nurses in the ICU are the worst actually, they were making fun of my grandmother's pain and laughing as it was a joke, No management at all, and they take a lot of time in everything even after a lot request, if you want your patients to get well soon, there is no way this hospital can do it, they actually best at 1 thing, wasting your time and money, so if you want this pls go ahead, but of you genuinely want your people to get better every day do not bring them here, special mention of a nurse whose name I am not aware of, actually there were 3 nurses, in the ICU in day shift, they were the making fun of my grandmother when she was in pain, and not just my grandmother, the lady beside her was asking them for water, and they replied very rudely and shut her off, if someone from the management of this hospital read this, you need to look at this please. This is not hospitality.
