Orchid Hospital

Parking is a big issue. And they also required more qualified staff.

My experience at orchid hospital was very good.i went there of my sister delivery. I am very thankful to the gynae dr. Krishna priya ganguly who took very good care of my sister and her child. Nurses and other all staff was also very good and polite.

Hospital is just for making money. I went dere wid my wife for some gynae consultation . Consultation alone is 800. Doctor prescribed some test which we underwent and asked us to show day after yesterday. But due to some work we went two days after the supposed date . But to my surprise receptionist again asked for consultation. It was very bad experience dere where we had to pay again for jz showing the report. Dey charged again for the ongoing consultation which was very much against ethics . Overall I would never ever recommend dis so called hospital to anyone. They jz disgrace the profession . Disgusting.

Very poor standards of care. Request the management to hire good empathetic doctors and staff for patient care. And put patients life and care above money. No wonder people fear taking their near ones to orchid hospital Janakpuri

My experience yesterday was horrible I had ask them atleast 6-7 times and after threatening that will call the owner Mr Gupta then only they sprayed Hit and some mosquito repellent spray in the waiting room Trust me for once i thought it's just another way to fill hospital with dengue patients. Not visiting again to see my relative without odomos 🤣

Today around 7:15 PM i called for the inquiry about the delivery expenses but could not get the details and she hang up the call so i decided to visit the hospital and reached around 7:40 PM but i could not get the proper information from information desk she took only 30 seconds and explained me about the eternity when i asked for clarity she denied and ask to pay 800 and meet the doctor and she will let me the expenses. She was totally in proper i think her name is Rekha.

Great Experience. I delivered my baby girl normal. I was never asked for any extra money or useless tests. Dr. Ganguly is very professional and she knows what she is doing. Dr. Manisha is THE BEST. Thank you so much for your assistance all the way. Thanks to Gudiya as well for all your help. Just One thing.. They need to keep up the cleanliness little more in the hospital. Also please train your Aya's little more. They not professionals.

One of the best hospital in term of doctors, staff and even helpers. My father was in ICU and went under femur joint surgery. He has recovered and I'm really thankful to them.

Not a happy experience with their iud placement procedure . They should explain the pros and cons of the procedure well. Painful procedure excessive pains every month they keep giving painkiller or tranexa After 6 months i have been advised by other doctors to get it removed.
