Worst hospital, had my father's Gall Bladder Stone Operation here. Totally messed up with the work,Poor services throughout.Just need money...

One should consider Orchid Hospital for delivery only if you are 99.999% prepared to get your wife operated without any complication. Dr. Krishna Ganguly will certainly create a fake situation like - " bacche ke gale mein cord fas gai hai", "bache ne potty kar di hai", "bacha push nahi kar paaega", ETC ,ETC This will get you so scare that you will start feeling helpless and have to surrender your wife to Orchid hospital. Just ..justto make a little a bit of more money Dr. Ganguli will operate before due date., Always

Gud doc & staff but charging almost triple amt. For a service. Don't know how they made the bill. If they are saying 40k for a service then almost they'll make the bill of "a lac". Child doc are pathetic, don't know how to treat/identify the disease. A say is true about pvt. Hospital. So gud luck if u opting Orchid.

Hospital is good.. It's clean and sheets are changed everyday but it's just too costly and doctors visit you once in a day....but yeah if you are looking for a good hospital with low charges i will recommend Mata Chanan Devi

The doctor just need money by whatever means it can be. Biggest point is that they in case of insurance they raise one invoice to the insurance company and the other to the patient. Inspite of requesting multiple times and also advised by the insurance company they are not willing to raise a consolidated invoice to the insurance company and let them know what all is charged and which all items are disallowable. This apparently shows that items claimed by the insurance company is again charged from the patients. The doctor finally said that I f we raise a consolidated invoice to the insurance company they may blacklist our hospital.

The place is charging too much for too little service. Doctors are only on round just to mark attendance and ensure visitation charges. You need to scream to ensure clean and hygiene around the room. The staff could be better

My experience with this hospital is just excellent. Dr. Ganguly and Dr. Manisha are both wonderful doctors as well as good as persons. I had my caesarean delivery done in this hospital and my experiences are memorable ones. The staff members are also humble and co-operative.

Dr. Krishna Ganguly is one of the best Gynec in West Delhi we came across. She explains the stuff in a more technical and jolly manner. The staff is very supportive and informative esp. for the new parents. Cleanliness is top notch, however, the rooms can be improved esp. the old fixed curtains.

Be aware, very good hospital to make normal delivery to cesarean delivery. They are very expert to create story so that patient has no option to accept them. Government should take action against them.
