worst hospital ever ..... plz dont go there .... its all about money only and not about your life ....... they give only pain killer and dripss ..... doctors dont treat they send nurses to oprate... hospital medicine's are very costly ...... u need to.fill form to get room or oprate bed otherwise u hv to stay they dont care about u nurses are very rude to patient ....plz dont go there ....
The hospital has knowledgeable doctors and very Co-operative support staff also. I had an excellent experience visiting this medical facility .
I'm very thankful to Dr.Ganguly. She is very experienced and practical doctor. Doctors and Staff of Orchid hospital was very cooperative n took good care of everyone. I heartedly recommend this hospital to everyone.
The doctors and the junior doctors are very friendly and responsive towards the attenders and patients and also they are most experienced doctors
The ICU staff and Dr Gupta treated my father who is a patient of heart problem. They did very good treatment and care.
Poor hygiene, they will ask you to remove shoes and walk a dirty path leading to OPD where people are already treading with their outside shoes. If the passage to OPD is close by then there wouldn't have been a problem, but treading a dirty path towards opd is so upsetting... It's hygiene level is even below what gov hospitals maintain... Doctors are so unprofessional they would scribble on prescription and wouldnot even bother to explain the situation... Worst experience here.

These people don't pick up calls. The reception was cutting my call again and again which is very rude. I had to ask her about my mother's medicine and they are doing this. Being the staff of the hospital they should at least pich up the call, they are extremely irresponsible. This is a zero for me.
It's an excellent hospital, equipped with all modern facilities. Doctors are masters in their respective areas of speciality, imbibed with of sense of care and attention. Hospital gives a homely feeling to its patients.
