The customer care executive responsible for taking appointments provides misinformation. Wanted to take an appointment of a doctor and I asked if i could take it on a Saturday. She said I can. When I called on Saturday for the appointment, she said Saturday the doctor is not available. How irresponsible is that.
I visited to the hospital near around 10:30 to 11:00PM, and found that doctor and nurse were in too much hurry, they didn't measure anything properly, neither fever not bp, i had checked my fever was 102 at home and nurse said no fever, … More
Doctors Nd staff both are awesome..I loved their care for me Nd my baby..best hospital for delivery..dr ganguly is such a kindhearted doctor in all terms..she did everything as promised in our terms..

Extremely untrained staff. They have facilities but execution is poor. Even for the lift it takes forever. Apart from medical care the doctors are not empathetic. If possible, avoid going to such a ridiculous place!
Kindly confirm the charge before treatment!! Charged 1000rs to inject a injection of 60rs that's how they make money(ie -hidden policies) No parking space
Never take ur loved one at this place. Only high fee.. No care.. If you ask genuine questions u will get rude reply not only from reception staff but also from Dr ganguly. No ethics just money making formula.. They just care for their fee. Very bad experience.
Money minded hospital without concerning about patients. They force you for caesarian delivery instead of normal delivery by creating the circumstances in their favor as per their conveniece to reduce their efforts & generate maximum profit without thinking of patient's condition.
Hopeless people running the show. Reception area full of 500 plus misquotes.. pls apply and carry Odomos before going there.. or carry your own all out repellent. They just believe in accepting cash... then they just stop looking at you.. go at your own risk.. this is ajay. Time is 9 am. Date is 7th april, 2022
