I had my baby delivered at Orchid Hospital and the experience was wonderful. The gynecologists are highly skilled, and the NICU facility is excellent. I was particularly happy with how well the nurses took care of both me and my baby post-delivery. The hospital offers round-the-clock support which made me feel very safe. It is one of the best maternity hospitals in Janakpuri for sure. Thank you to the entire team for such amazing care.

I had a very disappointing experience at Orchid Hospital. There are no doctors available on time, and the nurses/sisters are not punctual in attending patients. The food provided is unhygienic, lunch boxes are dirty, and the overall cleanliness is very poor. Even the washrooms are unhygienic, which is unacceptable in a hospital environment. Despite repeated requests, we were not given a proper final report to check whether the child is okay or not. Such lack of professionalism and care is highly concerning. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone looking for proper medical treatment

Had a major surgery at Orchid Hospital and I must say, the care was top-notch! Dr. Kanika was absolutely fantastic, handled everything so well and put me at ease. The entire staff was super supportive and helpful too. I've been consulting them for my previous surgeries too, from last 20 years. They're not money-minded and are truly patient-centric! Kudos to Orchid Hospital for their excellent service and genuine approach 💯

Totaly disappointed with genocologist I have very bad experience Akansha Mam she talks like very softly and evry peroson thinks that she is our wellwisher but at last she will do only c section there is not any normal dlvry she do 😞apka first baby ho apka second baby ho she will do only c section why she do Bcz c section me sirf half an hour lgta hai or normal dlvry me 24 hours lg jate hn to ye log apne fayde or time ko bachane ke liye sirf or sirf c section karte hain kisi Insan ki body ko kya fark pdega is cheej in doctors ko koi fArk nhi padhta hai in logo ko bas jaldi se apna kaam karke free ho jana hai 😞 I was in depressed condition pichle kuch months se bcz I love my body but still she don't cooprated me and give me fake reports about ultra sound jisse ki Mere pas koi option na bache or me Yes krke sign kar du or wahi hua she is playing with human body but you know upar wala insaaf karega ek din har cheej ka badla lega

Dissatisfied. Three different doctors, all suggesting their own treatments and tests, some of which were completely useless and not even required. The associated lab’s personnel do not know how to take the sample properly. Some of the nurses were nice, some were highly unprofessional and crossing their boundaries at all levels. Did not have a single change of clothes available till we could get them from our home, which is the least a hospital (more so private) can offer. At the end of this, they’re expecting us to write a positive feedback for them. Sigh.🙏🏻
