We came in for emergency treatment and admitted for two days in private ward. Staff and doctors were very sincere and reacted on smallest concerns. Overall management is good too. Cost may be on the higher side but a good option for your health issues.

Wonderful Experience at Holy Family Hospital, Okhla My wife recently delivered our baby at Holy Family Hospital, Okhla, and we had a very positive experience overall. From admission to discharge, the staff was supportive, attentive, and professional. The doctors - especially the gynecology and obstetrics team—were highly experienced and explained every step clearly, which really helped ease our anxiety as new parents. The nursing staff in the maternity ward were caring and responsive, attending promptly whenever needed, day or night. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The delivery room and postnatal ward were comfortable and hygienic. The hospital followed proper safety and hygiene protocols throughout. We are especially thankful to Dr. Roli Gautam for her guidance and reassurance during the pregnancy and delivery. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience. We truly appreciate the dedication and care of the entire team at Holy Family Hospital.

Most of the hospital staff were kind, helpful, and supportive during our stay, and i truly appreciate their care. But, the admission staff did not seem fully aware of how to guide patients property, which caused some confusion. Additionally, my wife’s case was initially said to be a normal delivery, but later it was made into a surgical case, possibly due to medical insurance reasons. I hope the hospital management reviews such matters carefully to ensure transparency and better communication with patients in the future

It is a good hospital, everything is good, they take great care of food and drink, the nurses are very good, the staff is very good, they take care.

Very disappointing experience at Holy Family Hospital. My father was admitted for ERCP stent removal and kept fasting from midnight, but due to a nursing lapse (request not sent), the procedure was delayed for hours unnecessarily, causing significant discomfort and stress. Even worse was the unprofessional and dismissive behavior when we raised the issue. An amount of ₹8,285 was forcefully deducted from the security amount, and we had to chase repeatedly for a resolution. Despite 30+ years of association, this has completely broken our trust. Highly dissatisfied.

I recently visited this hospital and, despite it being a private facility, the service felt more like a “*****” government-style experience — long waiting times and minimal attention. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00, and I arrived early at 11:30, yet I still had to wait nearly 2 hours. After such a long wait, the doctor consultation lasted barely 5 minutes and didn’t feel thorough or attentive. For a private hospital where we are paying for services, this was disappointing. I do not recommend this hospital based on my experience.

I am extremely satisfied with the care I received from 4th ward. Dr. Luke sir’s excellent care and attention to detail made my treatment experience very comfortable. The supervisor ,incharge , nursing staffs , GDAs was professional, attentive, and compassionate. The cleanliness, timely medication, and patient-friendly atmosphere made my recovery faster. I will always remember their kindness and smiling faces.👏🏻💗 Thankyou !!!!!

Holy Family Hospital is very good in everything, be it emergency ward, caring or doctors. And the best thing is that the staff, nursing, everyone there is cooperative.Over all good 🫠🫠👍 …
