I had my delivery under the prenatal care unit at Holy Family Hospital. Initially, I was under the consultation of Dr. Rubee Khattar. My pregnancy was going well with all positive reports, and this was my first pregnancy. However, due to a lack of attention from her side, we suffered a lot and were almost about to lose our baby. According to her, everything was normal, and she never properly addressed the difficulties and suffering I was experiencing. Later, I changed my doctor and came under the care of Dr. Roli Gautam. She was extremely attentive, calm, and patient in listening to my concerns, and she addressed every issue properly. Under her care, I had a normal delivery and am healing very well so far. All the other staff members were also amazing in their work. Special thanks to Sister Sangeeta for her exceptional assistance throughout my delivery. She is highly skilled, very patient, and helped me immensely during my labor pains. Her timely assistance and proper care played a major role in helping me have a smooth and timely delivery.

Excellent doctors, I was admitted for cerebral stroke and came out almost like normal...some nurses are Excellent like Ria, Suman to name some..some are too bad who hits patients....I was paralysed and nurse named Leena had hit me thrice ...

My experience at Holy Family Hospital (4th Floor) was really good. The staff here is very supportive, polite, and professional. Doctors take proper time to listen and explain things clearly, which gives a lot of confidence. The nursing staff is caring and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Cleanliness and hygiene are well-maintained, which makes the environment comfortable for patients and their families. Overall, I truly appreciate the service and would highly recommend this hospital.

I met Alice, Asha, and Simran at Holy Family Hospital, and I cannot express how grateful I am for their support. They were by my side whenever I needed them and made me feel truly cared for. A very special thanks to Dr. Diksha, who handled my normal delivery so smoothly and took care of every little thing. I genuinely recommend a doctor and staff like them to every expecting mother.

Hospital staff and services are really good. Proper supervision by doctors and nurse. We have been treating here since our childhood. Great service.

Overall, I'm really impressed with the care we received at this hospital! The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. The facilities could be better and one area for improvement could be the food – while it was edible, it didn't quite hit the mark in terms of taste and variety. Despite that, I'd still highly recommend this hospital for its excellent medical care and compassionate staff.

I would like to thank Sister Kritika, Sister Phurbhu, and Sister Sunita ward clerk of department Fourth PR, Room no 411. for the excellent care they provided to my mother. They were very kind, supportive, and attentive. The hospital staff overall was also very nice and cooperative. I am truly thankful for the care and support.
