Would like to sincerely thank Holy Family Hospital, Okhla for the excellent care provided to my son Azlan during his recent treatment. Special gratitude to Dr. Sona, the ward team, and the NISU team for their dedication, constant support, and compassionate care. Their professionalism and commitment made a huge difference in my son’s recovery journey, and we as parents truly appreciate it. I would also like to acknowledge the doctor in the emergency department who first attended to my son. His prompt action, clear guidance, and help in arranging a bed for my child at the right time were invaluable. Overall, the medical team, nursing staff, and support services worked together with great coordination, giving us confidence and comfort in a very difficult situation. Thank you for your tireless efforts and for treating patients with such empathy and expertise.

I recently attended the childbirth workshop organized by Holy Family Hospital, and it was a very informative and helpful session for expecting parents. Dr. Ayushi, Dr. Roli, and Dr. Aabha were wonderful they explained the entire childbirth process clearly and shared practical knowledge that helped address many of our concerns. The workshop was well organized and very reassuring. Highly recommend it for soon-to-be parents.

Just attended a seminar on Labour pain for my wife. It was a well structured seminar. A lot of questions got cleared.

Worst Emergency Response for Elderly Patients! My father is a Parkinson’s patient who got his PEG tube done at Holy Family on 29th May. Yesterday (Sunday), he accidentally pulled out the tube. We rushed to their Emergency knowing the stoma hole closes in hours. Shockingly, the emergency staff refused to help or even place a temporary catheter to keep the track open, saying "It's Sunday, no Gastro doctor is available, come on Monday." Because of their casual attitude, my elderly father suffered in pain and starved without food/medicines for 24 hours. If the hole closes, he has to go through the painful procedure again. Turning away an emergency patient because it's Sunday is highly unethical. Highly disappointed with Holy Family’s emergency department management!
