We had a very positive experience at this hospital during my sister’s delivery, and I would like to share my feedback. From reception team to the ward attendants, everyone was cooperative and respectful. They responded quickly whenever we needed assistance and maintained a clean and hygienic environment throughout our stay. I am truly grateful to the entire team for their excellent care and cooperation. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others looking for reliable maternity services.

We had a wonderful experience during our baby boy’s delivery at Tarak Hospital. Dr. Prashasti Srivastava was our gynecologist, and we are truly grateful for her exceptional care and guidance. She was incredibly patient and was even ready to wait for a few more hours to try for a normal delivery. However, because dilation was not happening and the baby’s estimated weight was around 4 kg, we decided to take the call for a C-section. Dr. Prashasti completely respected our choice and handled the surgery smoothly, prioritizing the safety of both my wife and our baby. She is extremely calm, knowledgeable, and professional. The nursing staff was incredibly supportive throughout our stay. A special mention to Nurse Mukesh, who was exceptionally attentive, caring, and made sure my wife was comfortable during her post-surgery recovery. The administrative and TPA departments were cooperative and helpful, making the cashless insurance process smooth and stress-free, and we were allocated a clean, comfortable private room. The only minor inconveniences are the lack of dedicated car parking and occasional lift delays, but these are negligible compared to the excellent medical care provided. Highly recommended!

⭐ -1 Star Review – Tarak Hospital, Dwarka More Very disappointing experience, especially for a heart patient. Doctors were not available on time, and in our case, it took more than 24 hours to receive any proper response or update. The hospital also appeared to have inadequate ICU facilities and limited emergency support for serious cardiac cases. Despite being a hospital that treats such patients, we did not feel that the required level of care, attention, or timely medical support was available. Strongly not recommended for anyone for cardiac problem. The overall experience was extremely frustrating and concerning. Patients with serious heart conditions need timely treatment, responsible doctors, proper ICU facilities, and continuous monitoring. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet those expectations. I hope the hospital management takes this feedback seriously and improves the availability of doctors, ICU facilities, and patient care.

Very disappointing experience. The hospital staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Even for panel patients, they seem to charge 2–3 times more than expected. Despite having a cashless insurance policy, they ask for an advance payment and, instead of properly refunding the amount, add unnecessary services or charges against it. The billing process lacks transparency and proper explanation. My experience with Dr. Prashasti was also very disappointing. The consultation fee is ₹400, but the doctor barely gives 2 minutes for consultation, does not properly listen to the patient's concerns, and does not provide enough time to explain the problem or ask questions. The reception staff is equally disappointing. They seem to have very limited knowledge about basic hospital procedures, insurance, and patient queries, and often fail to provide clear or correct information. Overall, the experience was frustrating and far below what I expected from a hospital. I would strongly recommend improving staff behaviour, billing transparency, insurance handling, reception knowledge, and consultation time.

I want to express my special gratitude to the young female junior doctor and her teammate who handled my case. Even though her shift was already over, she stayed back for a long time extra just to ensure my fillings were completed perfectly without any rush. Throughout the procedure she was incredibly calm, deeply focused on her work and completely undistracted by anything around her. Despite facing minor equipment adjustments, her complete focus was on making sure I was comfortable the whole time. It is very rare to see such genuine care and dedication in young doctors nowadays. I am sure she will become a highly successful and amazing doctor in the future because of this great dedication. She made a tough dental procedure feel very safe and smooth. I had an incredible experience at Tarak Hospital for my C-section delivery. The behaviour of employees deployed for CGHS billing counter and reception is not upto the mark. They also take much time for required formalities.
