I visited Dr. Munish Arora at Tarak Hospital hoping to receive proper medical attention, but my experience was very unsatisfactory. The doctor barely listened to my concerns and seemed to start writing medicines without properly understanding the problem. When I went back again because the issue persisted, I expected a proper reassessment. Unfortunately, he again did not listen to my concerns and simply said, “Thik ho jayega” (you'll get better). As a patient, I believe being listened to and having your concerns taken seriously is the bare minimum expectation from a consultation. I left feeling unheard and dissatisfied. I would strongly suggest that patients ensure their concerns are properly addressed before accepting a consultation.

This hospital is a total fraud! They force you to use their own low-quality generic medicines made in Tilak Nagar. Doctors prescribe good branded medicines, but when it’s time for injections or dispensing, the staff replaces them with their own cheap generics without your consent. And don’t trust the Google reviews – most of them are fake, paid, or written by their own employees to mislead people. Please don’t fall into their trap like I did. I’m sharing this from personal experience after struggling with their unethical practices. Strict action is needed against this hospital before more people suffer.

I had a very good experience with the hospital staff. They were polite, caring, and very attentive to patients’ needs. The doctors and nurses handled everything professionally and made me feel comfortable during my stay. The support staff was also cooperative and responsive. Bekar Dr. Hai yaha, MRI ka report galat bna kr de rkha tha, 3 Dr. Ko dikhaya sabhi ne Bola report galat hai or ye log bol rhe the report sahi hai. MRI ka report Mero ko padh kr btana pada ki tumne kaha galti kr rkhi hai, tb ja kr ye batmizi krna band kiye. Bahut hi bekar hospital hai.

Good experience with this hospital, nursing staff and Gaenacologist Dr. Prashasti help us throughout the pregnancy and make sure normal delivery, support staff Mrs. Mukesh was keen to help and support during the recovery.
