I am coming at opd area for treatment and there was one opd staff was very good but in that time I am not seeing that staff there was a new staff evening staff back in there duty all over service was good .

My experience at this hospital was an absolute disaster. From the moment I arrived, the service was non-existent. The manager and staff are rude, do not speak properly, and spend their time chatting amongst themselves instead of addressing patients. They are totally unresponsive to needs and seem focused solely on making money. If you try to complain, nobody will listen to you properly. The entire environment is toxic, and I would strongly warn everyone to stay far away from this place. This hospital is the worst; don't go here, and that's why the Google reviews are also bad."🤬🤬🤬🤬

Services good. The Doctors, Nurse and all support staffs are good.. offering a perfect hospitable environment for the patient and family members during the treatment, resposing more confidence with the hospital.

Meri right side ki naak se saas bachpan se nahi aati thi aur hume bataya ki rifht side ki naak paidaishi band hai , choanal ATRESIA bataya and admit hoke CHOANAL ATRESIA KA OPERATION HUA JO Dr.Ayesha Goel ji ne kiya hai ab meri breathing proper ho rahi hai tysm my doctor Operation एकदम smooth hua and my kid is absolutely fine and can breathe

​गुप्ता नर्सिंग होम की बेहद लापरवाह और लूट-खसोट वाली सर्विस! ​रात को 10:00 बजे अपने बेटे को गंभीर हालत में एडमिट कराने ले गया था, लेकिन स्टाफ की लापरवाही के कारण 3 घंटे तक सिर्फ डिले किया गया और एडमिशन रात 1:00 बजे हुआ। इसके बाद, बच्चे की स्थिति के मुताबिक जो सही रूम मिलना चाहिए था, वह न देकर उसे जबरन नॉर्मल रूम में शिफ्ट रखा। ​रात को 3:00 बजे डॉक्टर द्वारा दवा बताए जाने के बावजूद किसी भी स्टाफ ने समय पर दवा नहीं दी, जिससे सुबह तक बच्चे की हालत बहुत ज्यादा गंभीर हो गई। और तो और, जब सुबह हमने वहां से छुट्टी (डिस्चार्ज) मांगनी चाही, तो वे जानबूझकर छुट्टी नहीं दे रहे थे और आखिर में बिना किसी सही इलाज के लगभग ₹15,000 का भारी-भरकम बिल थमा दिया। ​मरीजों की जान से खिलवाड़ करने और केवल पैसे लूटने वाले ऐसे नर्सिंग होम से बिल्कुल सावधान रहें! ❌

⭐ 1 Star बहुत ही खराब और गुस्सा दिलाने वाला अनुभव। इलाज के बीच हमें गलत जानकारी दी गई, Ayushman Card को लेकर पहले मना किया, फिर verification की बात कही, लेकिन कोई verification document नहीं दिया। ₹35,500 लेने के बाद बिना हमारी LAMA की मांग या proper जानकारी के LAMA discharge document दे दिया गया। Documents के लिए भी काफी बहस करनी पड़ी। एक parent के साथ इससे ज्यादा परेशान करने वाला experience क्या होगा? ऐसे hospital और ऐसे तरीके से काम करने वाले doctors/staff से सावधान रहें। हर parent से मेरी request है कि यहाँ इलाज कराने से पहले पूरी जानकारी और सभी documents जरूर check करें। मेरा अनुभव इतना खराब रहा कि मैं personally इस hospital को recommend नहीं करूंगी।
