I don’t know why this Nursing Home is operational. Emergency Doctor gave me a prescription to buy some injections, inside Nursing home i found a Shop but there was a guy who was sleeping as he never slept before somehow after multiple attempts he woke up and reacted surprisingly. I showed him prescription without even looking at it straightaway said no, completely unprofessional and unethical behaviour from a Nursing home staff.

Terrible Experience with Dr. Shailendra Jain My mother has been admitted to the hospital three times for the same medical issue. Despite repeated visits, there has been no proper diagnosis, support, or clear communication from the doctor or hospital staff. This has caused significant stress and concern for our family. These people go to patients’ rooms and ask them to post completely positive reviews. During consultations, Dr. Shailendra Jain (Surgeon) displayed a rude and dismissive attitude. He did not take the time to listen patiently or understand my mother’s condition, which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable in a healthcare setting. Additionally, we have concerns about overcharging by the hospital. It felt like a complete waste of time and money. Honestly, I wouldn’t even give one star if that was an option.

I got fractured at my ankle so visited there in emergency with excessive pain and leg swelling...... Admitted in emergency but still waited for doctor for 1.5 hours.... Then doctor suggested for x ray.....there was no helping staff with wheelchair....with un bearable pain I walked myself...,. For x-ray waited in queue for 1/2 hours.,.... Billing for this , that they messed up...., no facilities nothing....... Feel like sitting in remote area'$ government hospital......

I had a very bad experience at this hospital. The charges are extremely high and not justified for the services provided. It feels like patients are being overcharged unnecessarily. There was no transparency in billing, and many costs were not clearly explained. This creates stress for patients and their families during an already difficult time. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service and would not recommend this hospital due to its expensive and unclear pricing system.

I had a disappointing experience with the billing process at BM Gupta Hospital. They added visiting charges for multiple doctors without asking the patient or family, especially in cash payment cases. This makes the billing feel non-transparent and unfair. However, I would like to sincerely appreciate Dr. Prince for his support. He helped us a lot in getting our patient discharged properly and guided us through the process. His helpful attitude and cooperation made a difficult situation easier for our family. While the hospital administration should improve transparency in billing, the support from doctors like Dr. Prince is truly appreciated.

Nursing Staff: Described as "polite," "caring," "prompt," and "supportive". Facility: Patients appreciate hospitals that are clean, modern, and "well-equipped". Experience: Highlights often include "smooth admission formalities," "excellent care," and successful outcomes.

Very bad behavior of administration department please don't go for your patients health is dangerous conditions, no one can listen what you are saying, staf is untrained and pathetic behavior of sunil in B 6 department, un trained, mannersless and egoistic, they also say jo krna h krlo jise complain krna h kro mera kuch nhi hoga
