Very nice hospital mere bhai ko lungs me pani ho gaya tha doctor ne bataya Rk gupta sir bahut ache or or jinse mere bhai ka tretment chl raha hai Sumit mittal sir chest doctor vo bhi bahut ache hai or har facility available hai or sabse acha work housekeeping ka hai vo bahut dhiyan rahte hai saaf safai ka best hospital

Staff is very cooperative neat and clean rooms all facilities provide by hospital was very nice also doctors visit time to time to check patient also nurses are well trained and calm respectful with patients

Administrative department is very arrogant and rude he is not even dealing with your issues and not even to deal with anything only they charge money and behaving like you are nothing, my pt was in ot and they are not concern regarding treatment issue and anything, very disappointed, you can't go in this hospital they are only want money and no provide any services

If I could give zero stars, I would. The reception staff at this hospital’s emergency department seem completely untrained and utterly indifferent to the concept of urgency—something you’d expect to be non-negotiable in an EMERGENCY ward. Patients in clear distress were ignored while the front desk chatted casually and moved at a glacial pace. No triage knowledge, no empathy, no professionalism. Just blank stares and robotic responses. It felt more like checking into a badly-run motel than arriving at a facility supposedly equipped to deal with medical emergencies. If the first point of contact doesn’t know what they’re doing, the whole system breaks down—and that’s exactly what happened. Absolutely unacceptable. This is not just poor service—it’s dangerous.

Private hospital provides best medical Doctors, 24/7 Doctors are available affordable fees for middle class families familiar, need to improve with advanced machine and have to more work towards cleanliness, hospital is vigilant about crona and flu type deaises.

I was hospitalised for covid-19 on 5th of April, 2021 for 8 days. The combined treatment given by Dr.Sumit Mittal and Dr. Sachin Mathur is very well appreciated. Attendants were very helpful n co-operative. Medical treatment is very good n affordable. Best quality diet given to patients along with tea, milk, fruits n soup at regular intervals. Also special attention was being given to cleanliness of rooms n washrooms. If you don't have a mediclaim policy don't worry at all, the cost of treatment is very genuine. The TPA department is very helpful. Wish you all a speedy recovery. Take care

I got my ear operated one year back from dr Ayesha Goel (ENT) for drum perforation. She did a great job. Is highly skilled, humble and provided me with excellent pre and post operative care. Because of her I can hear well and do my daily activities with confidence. Even after one year post operation I have had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended. God bless
