Gupta Hospital, Uttam Nagar का अनुभव बेहद निराशाजनक रहा। यहाँ की बिलिंग प्रक्रिया और अस्पताल की कार्यप्रणाली को लेकर गंभीर सवाल हैं। बिल में जोड़े गए शुल्क और बार-बार किए गए टेस्ट के बारे में स्पष्ट जानकारी मिलना मुश्किल रहा। मरीजों को इलाज और दवाइयों से जुड़ी पूरी जानकारी देने में भी पारदर्शिता की कमी महसूस हुई। स्टाफ का व्यवहार असहयोगपूर्ण और कामकाज बेहद धीमा लगा। मरीजों की समस्याओं का समाधान करने के बजाय भुगतान पर अधिक जोर दिया जाता महसूस हुआ। अस्पताल प्रबंधन को बिलिंग में पारदर्शिता, उचित इलाज और मरीजों के प्रति जवाबदेही सुनिश्चित करनी चाहिए। मैं अपने अनुभव से निराश हूँ और दूसरे मरीजों को सलाह दूँगा कि अस्पताल चुनने से पहले सभी विकल्पों पर अच्छी तरह विचार करें।

She always gave my medicines on time, regularly checked on my health, and asked how I was feeling. She genuinely cared about my well-being and kept the doctor informed about my condition whenever necessary. What impressed me the most was her caring and supportive nature. She looked after me with the same attention, kindness, and responsibility that a teacher or a motherly figure would show. Because of her care, I always felt safe, comfortable, and well looked after. My grandfather was admitted to the ICU in a critical condition, and I truly believe that he would not have returned home without the exceptional care, treatment, and guidance provided by Dr. Surya Pratap Singh. The way he monitored my grandfather's condition day and night and remained constantly involved in his treatment gave our family immense confidence and hope. I had a very positive experience at BM Gupta Hospital. The services were excellent and everything was well managed from admission to discharge. The hospital is clean and the process is very smooth. The staff behaviour was very good. Nurses, reception and support team were polite, caring and always ready to help. Special thanks to Dr. Raman Ghai. He explained the diagnosis and treatment very clearly, was very patient and gave us confidence. His way of handling patients is excellent. ​An exceptional experience at B.M. Gupta Hospital, Uttam Nagar, Delhi. ​My husband, Chandan Mehta, was admitted here with a severe stomach infection and high fever (101°–103°F) that wasn't responding to other treatments. Thanks to the dedicated and expert medical care, he recovered completely within 3–4 days and we were discharged today (October 12th 2026) ​A special thanks to Dr. Prince for his wonderful behavior and effective treatment, as well as all the RMOs and duty doctors on our floor for their constant care. ​Huge shoutout to the amazing nursing staff on the 3rd floor (General Ward H21)—especially Jatin and Shubham—along with the evening shift nurse, for their extraordinary care and compassion. The housekeeping and ward boy team also kept everything impeccably clean. The billing process was smooth, transparent, and very reasonable compared to other hospitals. Above all, the hospital owner is extremely polite, kind, and personally supportive. ​The entire team made us feel completely cared for. I wholeheartedly recommend B.M. I have visited the hospital today for admission and my experience is too bad with whole administration. *They told me that they have three categories of rooms i.e. General, twin sharing, delux. I choose delux. The first room they gave was terrible with multiple sharing washroom and with zero amenities. The second is also doesn't look like a delux. They don't mention the category of rooms on the gate. This seems a total fraud. *Food packet served was totally contaminated , not washed. It is a play with patient life.
