I got my father admitted for severe anemia in emergency. Without wasting any time, they moved him to a ward and started blood transfusion. Overall the services are good, staff were cooperative but the housekeeping people that help elderly patient with day to day task like changing cloths, chaning besheets, were understaffed as they have only 2 people for around 10 rooms. Most of the time, they are busy in other task and come around 15 mins after calling them. That's the issue only. Otherwise everything is good.

We started seeing Dr. Raman when my niece was a newborn, and we couldn't have made a better choice. I was very worried , but Dr. Raman listened to every one of my concerns with patience. What really stands out is when my neice had a persistent rash; other doctors dismissed it, but he ordered further tests and found the root cause. His dedication and thoroughness made all the difference. The entire practice is wonderful—from the friendly front desk team to the prompt callbacks from the nurse line. The waiting room is clean and inviting for children, which also helps put us at ease. We are so grateful for his exceptional care and feel so lucky to have him as our family's pediatrician.

Poor customer service On call while taking appointment they told Doctor Harish will be available from 8PM to 9PM , on OPD PRESCRIPTION mentioned timings are 7:30PM to 8:30PM but Doctor will arrive after 8:30. They should share correct timings so patient will arrive accordingly.

B.M. Gupta hospital is very good in uttam Nagar area. Dr Meera Gupta is very cooperative even here ultrasound service is very good here n staff is also cooperative n well behaved.
