I have visited on Monday for my check up and doctor wrote some test. Till today I have not got my reports and I am not relieved from the pain as doctor wrote incomplete prescription.

Both my babies delivered here and born with normal procedure. Doctors strict with test reports and not even once they forced me for cesarian deliveries.

I recently got my wife’s ear surgery done by Dr. Ayesha Goel, and I am very happy with the overall experience. She is extremely skilled, professional, and also very cooperative with her patients. Throughout the treatment, she explained everything clearly and made us feel comfortable and confident. The surgery went smoothly, and the care provided was excellent. My baby was suffering from fever specially i dont recommend Dr.Veer ,child pediatrician at all, he was keep on forcing to admit my child without any reason and infact ,he is saying that he has done a favor on me to tell me that what i have to do in case of energency at 4 am, he said he did it in a curtesy, i dont recommend dr veer ,child pediatrician at all.......

My father is coming in hospital with chest pain , doctors saying it was heartattack, But special thanks to Mr Sunil from admin he supports a lot resulting which doctors are there , immediately attention recived from icu staff , and stunting done of my father , one more thanks to Cardio doctor who guide us well , Thanks to sunil sir and dr raj kumar he help me to save my fathers life ,

I had a very good experience at this hospital. The doctors are kind, patient, and explain everything clearly. The nurses are helpful and always ready to assist. The hospital is clean, well-organized, and has a calm environment. Waiting time was reasonable, and the staff treated everyone with respect. Overall, this hospital truly cares about its patients. I would definitely recommend it to others.

यह अस्पताल बहुत ही घटिया है। यह गरीब और कम पढ़े-लिखे लोगों को लूटने का काम करता है। मरीजों से अनावश्यक पैसे वसूले जाते हैं और कई बार उसका सही बिल भी नहीं दिया जाता। डॉ. अभिषेक बहुत ही चालाक तरीके से पहले बिल को बिना कारण बढ़ा देते हैं, फिर थोड़ी-सी छूट देकर मरीजों को एहसान जताते हैं। जब मरीज बिल का विवरण मांगता है, तो छूट हटाने की धमकी दी जाती है, जिससे गरीब लोग डरकर पैसे दे देते हैं। मेरा नाम अनिल सिंह है। मेरे साथ भी ऐसा ही किया गया था। जब मैंने अपनी दूसरी आईडी से Google पर रिव्यू डाला, तो अगले दिन मुझे बुलाकर ₹5000 वापस कर दिए गए। उस समय मैंने मामला छोड़ दिया। लेकिन अब फिर यही मेरे दोस्त Monty के साथ हुआ। उसकी 1.5 साल की बेटी 5 दिन पहले अस्पताल में ICU में भर्ती हुई थी। उसके पास Star Health की मेडिकल पॉलिसी है, जिसमें TPA ने स्पष्ट बताया था कि ICU का पूरा खर्च कैशलेस कवर होगा। डिस्चार्ज के समय अस्पताल ने ₹10,500 अतिरिक्त मांगे और कहा कि यह पॉलिसी में कवर नहीं है। जब Monty ने अकाउंट टीम से बात की, तो उसे डॉ. अभिषेक के पास भेज दिया गया। डॉ. अभिषेक ने “डिस्काउंट” के नाम पर ₹6,500 ले लिए। बाद में Star Health TPA से पूछने पर बताया गया कि अस्पताल ने इस रकम को बिल में दिखाया ही नहीं और न ही TPA से उसका अप्रूवल लिया। अब जब Monty बिल मांगता है, तो अस्पताल कहता है कि पूरे ₹10,500 दो तभी बिल मिलेगा। मेरा सवाल अस्पताल और Star Health दोनों से है — अगर अस्पताल ने किसी खर्च का TPA से अप्रूवल ही नहीं लिया, तो इसमें मरीज की गलती कैसे हुई? और अगर मरीज से पैसे लिए गए हैं, तो क्या उसे उसका पूरा बिल नहीं मिलना चाहिए? यह पूरी तरह से मरीज के साथ धोखाधड़ी है। This hospital is extremely unethical and exploits poor and uneducated patients. They charge unnecessary amounts and often do not provide proper bills. Dr. Abhishek deliberately increases the bill without justification and later gives a small discount to make it appear reasonable. When patients ask for bill clarification, they are threatened that the discount will be removed, which forces them to pay silently. My name is Anil Singh. The same thing happened to me earlier. When I posted a Google review from another account, the hospital called me the next day and refunded ₹5000. I ignored the matter at that time. Now the same incident has happened with my friend Monty. His 1.5-year-old daughter was admitted in ICU for 5 days. He has a Star Health insurance policy. The TPA clearly confirmed that ICU expenses would be fully cashless. At discharge, the hospital demanded an extra ₹10,500, claiming it was not covered. When Monty questioned this, he was sent to Dr. Abhishek, who finally took ₹6,500 in the name of “discount”. Later, Star Health TPA confirmed that the hospital never mentioned this amount in the bill nor took any approval for it. Now when Monty asks for the bill, the hospital says they will only provide it after full payment of ₹10,500. My question to both the hospital and Star Health is: If the hospital did not submit the charges for TPA approval, how is this the patient’s fault? And if the patient has paid money, does he not have the right to receive a proper bill? This is a clear case of unethical practice and financial exploitation of patients.
