Doctor toh acche hain, lekin BM Gupta Hospital ka Gynae staff bahut hi rude aur unprofessional hai. Patients aur relatives ke saath unka behavior bilkul theek nahi hai. Itne acche doctors hone ke baad bhi, sirf bad-tameez staff ki wajah se hospital ka image kharab ho raha hai. Management ko is par sakht action lena chahiye.

The way she attend the patient is absolutely amazing. It was best decision to take consultation from the Dr. Ayesha Goel, the treatment which I got from her was completely satisfactory.

We went here in an emergency situation without any expectations, thinking that it's a mediocre hospital but since there's no option at night, let's stick to it. However, to our surprise, the doctor and the staff were really good. The doctor treated my mother for bladder infection. The staff helped with cleanliness and other requirements. Contrary to this, my grandmother was recently admitted to Channan Devi hospital, a hospital bigger than BM Gupta in every way. There as well, we have got private ward and other facilities. However, our experience was really bad. The nurses and doctors do not know how to manage patients in ICU. Later, the attendants in private ward were also careless. Sharing so that people choose wisely.

Very roude and egoistic statement was said by B6 department Sunil, he is unprofessional and mannersless person, I I'm doctor in jamia milia islamia hospital and then he using bad words and behavior towards me and said" Krlo jo krna h mera koi kuch nhi bigad skta " What kind of these behavior toward your patients family, this is totally unacceptable towards this hospital, please don't go staf any facility is poor and your patients life is in risk

Visited BM Gupta Hospital for my gynecological check-up and later for our baby’s delivery. Dr. Shubhi V. Ghai (Gynaecologist) was extremely supportive and attentive, always addressing all of my queries and concerns with great care. We also consulted Dr. Raman Ghai (Paediatrician) for our baby’s jaundice treatment, and he provided excellent guidance and care throughout the process. The hospital staff ensured cleanliness with regular room maintenance and multiple cleanings each day. Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying experience for us during our baby’s delivery.
