B. M Gupta Hospital's staff is very helpful and corporative especially Shri Jai Narayan ji. Facilities provided by the hospital were amazing. Hospital is very clean, toilets are also in nice conditions. Doctors, staff members are very helpful. They took the best care of their patients, staff's behaviour and doctor's sincerity level is at its best. Hospital is also very economical and lab tests are also affordable.

I was taken to emergency and i saw the duty staff was extremely prompt and helpful. They neither waste any time & nor asked us to fill additional forms or anything like that. Their priority was to taken care of arisen emergency, which they did it with extreme care. I had a gallbladder stone surgery there. All the surgical procedure was successful. Thanks to my surgeon Dr. Shailendra jain along with the specialist gastro surgeon aswell. He did surgical procedure so well. Although it was not normal surgery. Additionally special thanks to Dr. Surya, he took special attention to me if i was feeling better, as did the nurse.They were extremely kind, helpful and attentive. I was very impressed by the services provided. Dr. Surya is very humble and a down to earth human being. He is not just an amazing doctor but an amazing human being also. I once again special thanks to Dr. Surya & his team.Highly recommended!

Didn't worth to give one star staff is manerless, misbehaving like they hire illetrate peoples on camera they said money is priority than patient submission Please note- patient is one year child so you can judge what kind of hospital this is. If anyone wants more suggestions kindly ignore this nursing home if you wants better health condition of your family members. Be a common man you well wisher.

My wife had 2 deliveries both normal. The best thing I like about this place is that the doctors try their best to have normal deliveries unlike other maternity centres where the attempt is to maximize operation. My wife told me that the doctors are supportive and really push you for normal deliveries. Thanks for such a positive attitude towards pregnant mothers. Really hoping the team a success. Thanks.

One of the worst hospital in uttam nagar Toilets are unhygynenic looks goods but smells too much and management is too much misbehaving from patient Unnecessarily and unknown doctor visits only for few seconds around 11:30 Pm and without knowing the patient name. Only visit to add amt in Bill Most worst and pathetic conditions Doctor which admits the patient its name is not mentioned in the bill summary Even without your consultation unknown doctor visits Rate 0 to this hospital But as per google i have to rate to post

It's been excellent experience with the B.M. Gupta hospital, Doctor are well qualified with good behaviour and all the staff is very supportive. I have done my mother lab holy surgery from here and I am satisfied with the service but one thing I want to add on they should extend their sitting area.

Mix Opinion!! I've been there 3 times so far! One time at the time of my child birth my experience was very good! specially Dr. Meera Gupta is very nice by profession & behavior. but other two time, I just feel they are just run business not treated any patient.
