Pros - Affordable for a middle class section. Clean premises with helpful staff. Almost all specialist, all tests including COVID 19 is available here. Open 24x7. They also have a good emergency department, a god lab for all blood tests. This hospital is excellent for maternity (pregnancy) and children including infants management & treatment. Senior doctors are very well experienced, polite and kind to the patients. Importantly note that Plasma therapy (required only for very severe patients) for treatment of COVID is not being provided here as they are not authorized to do so but they very well manage the COVID patients in their dedicated COVID ICU with oxygen support and available ventilator. Also, this hospital lacks high end radiological investigation machines like MRI, CT Scan etc, so they send the patients via their ambulances to other diagnostic centers to get it done. Cons - access to the hospital is a bit poor as situated approx 1 km interior to the Uttam Nagar East Metro Station. staffs are ill trained, different SOPs in different domains are not being followed, multiple billing counters for OPD, IPD & Lab investigation which makes it very difficult and irritating for the new person visiting the hospital. No proper signages

I'm not giving any star of this pathetic nursing home but without giving I'm not able to post .. I can say only big hospital or nursing home.. they can't provide better treatment they only make money by the patient, doesn't matter who belong poor family or other etc. They charge high of every treatment.. and owner is converted his nursing home to hospital in last few years how they manage lot of money to buy a land of near by his nursing home every year his buying new land of his nursing home

Hospital are good but staff is not good they misbehaving with patient specially picu night staff. TPA team is fraud they are lying. My son was very sick and I was admitted in this hospital 30 SEP and before admit they told me your money is refundable and when your company pay all payment we refund your money back but after deschare patient they not refund money.. and picu staff is misbehaving with me and ( narnder in picu night staff ) usko to night me sone ke paise milte h wo bacho ki neend ki medicine de Kar khud ja Kar so jata h or use Bache ko dekhne k liye Bolte h to bahut badtameeji tarkie se bat krta h.....

The service and staff of this hospital is good along with the treatment is up to the mark. Totally satisfied with BM Gupta Hospital

Last month Maine Dr. Hari neurosurgeon ko consult kia unhone jo medicines prescribed various unse mujhe epilepsy attack shuru ho Gaye meri mother be unkoo contact kiya toh rudely bolte h dubara mat aana kahi aur jao Dr. Deepak ki vjah awvim giving 1 star otherwise this hospital n other doctors are good

My patient Kuldeep was admitted in bmgupta hospital. Under doctor sumit Mittal senior chest physician. Treatment was good. Hospital staffs were cooperative.food is hygienic. Nice facilities at affordable cost. Special thanks to Dr Abhishek and Dr Shivom.

hello i akash kumar When I came to this hospital, my condition was very bad. And I was shifted to the general ward. All the staff and doctors here took great care of me and corrected me as soon as possible absolutely disease free. Specially Sonam Verma I liked her behavior here. Sonam Verma's attachment towards the job is very high. I myself saw one She was taking care of the patients without sleeping at night.

I would never recommend this hospital to any one for any medical treatment or test. I went for ultra sound test and Dr Abhishek fedrick and his two lady staff was very rude and arrogant. They don't know how to speak to a patient. His staff was mannerless. Do not go to this hospital if you are going for test or treatment. They are getting salary because of us and in return they are insulting their patient.

Best hospital in west delhi. Treatment also good supportive staff . Neat and clean hospital.
