They are not professionals My wife visited with a problem of minimal infection They prescribed medicine and after that her eyes got red after visiting she suggested iv for anti allergy. Very bad experience.

Today I visited Dr. Nidhi Singh at Femed Hospital. Our appointment was scheduled for 12:30 PM, but we were made to wait for almost one and a half hours. Even after such a long wait and paying a consultation fee of ₹700, we were not properly attended to. Instead of calling us into the doctor’s cabin, we were asked to go upstairs to the OPD. The consultation felt very rushed. The doctor did not properly examine the patient or ask detailed questions. The overall experience was not what we expected from a professional doctor–patient interaction. Both my husband and I were very disappointed and not satisfied with the service. We had read good reviews online and visited with trust, but unfortunately, our experience was completely different. Making patients wait for such a long time and then conducting a hurried consultation after charging a full fee is not acceptable. Overall, we are very disappointed with the experience.
