had a very bad experience at this hospital. The staff seemed completely inexperienced and untrained — they didn’t even know how to properly insert a cannula. Within just 15 minutes, they put it four times on both of my hands, which caused severe pain, swelling, and even pimples at the same spots. I wanted to attach pictures as proof but was unable to do so. 0 rating This hospital has a capacity of around 50 beds, yet we were the only patients there — which clearly reflects the situation. Most of the staff appeared to be freshers with little to no supervision. I also received misleading information from the doctor, and there were hardly any proper facilities available. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of care and management. My sincere advice is to recruit properly trained medical staff, as this is a matter of people’s health and lives. Please do not operate only for the sake of money — patient care and safety must come first.

Doctors are really good but the staff and reception desk is not at all experienced. This needs to improve a lot. When an appointment is booked, they either don't respond or don't respect a patient's time even after multiple follow ups.

Hospitality is very clean and neat. Dr.Nidhi is best for new maeried couple she is very guide clamly. Hospital envieoment clean and clear all staffe is helpful and humbel.
