Only good thing about this hospital is Dr. Jagriti. Very good doctor who cares for the patients. Otherwise, it’s a complete run-down. The facility feels poorly managed, with staff who appear inadequately trained to handle patients effectively. What was most concerning is that after 8 PM, no qualified doctors seem to be available on-site. This leaves patients in the hands of unqualified personnel, which raises serious concerns about safety and quality of care. Quality of available staff is so depleted that they can’t even give an injection properly. Overall only confusion prevails. Overall, the hospital does not inspire confidence, especially in critical situations where timely and skilled medical attention is essential. I would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on this hospital for treatment.

Worst Hospital in C-2 Janakpuri. Bad experience for the particular emeregency case. They never shows the package what they are giving you and they will show you amount in between when you will go for final billing then they cross the amount of higher side. Never suggest this hospital to anyone better go with anywhere. Staff is not professional and serious.

A very special thanks to Dr. Jagroti, who handled my delivery with great expertise and calmness. Her guidance and reassurance made the entire process smooth and comfortable. I would also like to sincerely appreciate Dr. Dhanwanti for her excellent lactation support and helpful advice during the initial days after delivery. I am equally grateful to Mr. Ram Pratap for efficiently handling the insurance process. His cooperation and prompt assistance made the paperwork completely stress-free. The hospital maintains good hygiene, provides quality care, and has a compassionate team that truly supports new parents. We had a nice experience at Maccure Hospital Janakpuri. My gynaecologist, Dr. Jagriti Thapriyal mam's professional and Jolly behaviour was always motivational.We felt very safe during delivery.The nursing staff & front desk (reception) staff very cooperative and other staff members were supportive. The standout service of lactician Dr. Danwati was very heart touching.As a first-time parent, we were struggling with a proper latch. Ma'am visited multiple times in the recovery room ,she stayed until we felt confident. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience with MACCURE Hospital, and I especially want to appreciate Preeti, who managed everything end to end for us with exceptional care and professionalism. From admission to delivery, the support system and staff coordination were outstanding, which made our delivery journey extremely smooth and stress-free. Every detail was handled thoughtfully, and we always felt supported and reassured. Even after discharge, when we faced some issues related to documentation, Preeti took complete ownership and resolved everything on priority without us having to follow up repeatedly. That level of accountability truly stands out. One of the most memorable moments was how beautifully they captured our memories. They took my baby’s very first photo with me in the OT and shared it with me—something I will cherish forever. That gesture meant more than words can express. Overall, the facilities, staff support, emotional care, and end-to-end experience were excellent. I am truly grateful to the entire MACCURE team and especially Preeti for making this such a positive and unforgettable journey. Highly recommended.
