I recently visited Maccure Hospital Janakpuri for my baby’s check-up. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were warm and the facility was neat and well maintained. Dr. Sanjay Kumar Jain was thorough and made sure all my questions were answered. Nursing staff was caring and attentive. Highly satisfied and would recommend.

All the doctors & nursing staff went above and beyond, caring for our baby and mother with kindness, compassion, and skill. Every staff member—from housekeeping to reception—treated us with respect and genuine warmth. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, everything needed for a smooth and comfortable recovery. Thanks to the dedication of the hospital team, our journey into parenthood has been filled with beautiful memories. We will always remember their support and love during this special time. Highly recommended to any family looking for the best care for both mother and newborn!

Worst experience ever. I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to anyone, even as a last option. The staff at the “How May I Help You” counter clearly have no idea what that phrase actually means. Zero professionalism, zero interest, and absolutely no intention of assisting visitors. I came in for a simple enquiry and was met with complete indifference and attitude. If this is the level of care and arrogance they display at the enquiry stage, it seriously raises concerns about how they handle something as critical as patient care—especially something as sensitive as delivery. Truly ridiculous and completely unacceptable.

I had bestttttttt experience from day one of my pregnancy till my followup , my doctor was jagriti thapliyal mam and I would say she is the best doctor any one could ask for very friendly helpful and always available on call to clear my queries even in ot she was very cheerful and calm with same energy I had my besttt experience with jagriti mam , She is the best gynaecologist And also the staffs in maccure hospital starting from base level till high level all of them were really helpful and supportive and were available 24 *7 for the care dr dhanwanti helped me to teach the feeding techniques Overall I had the bestttttt experience from day one of my pregnancy till delivery and followup Thank you so much dr jagriti thapliyal mam❤️, thank you dhanwanti mam❤️ thank you nursing team thank you housekeeping team Thank you team maccure Indeed the experience was luxury in birthing ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
