Maccure Hospital

I would classify this hospital amongst the worst in west delhi. The staff employ trivial tactics to save money No full time paediatrician is available for our queries or emergencies. The rooms and sanitation are much much below average standards. Doctors and staff is short and we were left unattended for almost full day. No attention to patient care. No meals for the patient. I would suggest to completely bypass this hospital for delivery or health issues of your precious babies They are hardly bothered with patient welfare.

The nursing staff was very attentive and helped me throughout my delivery and postnatal care. Their kindness and professionalism made a huge difference. I never felt neglected and was always reassured. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience at Maccure Hospital. The Pediatric OPD is child-friendly and well-managed, with Dr. Sanjay K. Jain providing expert and compassionate care. The Gynecology OPD, led by Dr. Geeta Jain, is professional and patient-focused, offering great support for antenatal and routine care. Clean, organized, and highly recommended for women and children's health needs.

We had our baby in maccure hospital. All the doctors, staff of the hospital were very helpful, polite, kind, compassionate and were always on beck and call. We are first time parents so they provided all the details repeatedly so we get used to it and always answered our repetative questions without any fuss. Special Thanks to first Lactation Consultant Dr Dhanwanti who kept visiting us throughout the day and advised us on all the things we should do for providing proper feed and nutrition to the baby. Her advise/demo on hot fomentation, Skin to skin Therapy, Feeding positions were very helpful and we could see the change from start. I have not heard of any lactation consultant before in any other hospital so was very impressed with this initiative of the hospital. Second special thanks to Mr. Ram who was very coperative with all our demands and was always helpful to provide correct solutions to our problems and demands. He made sure our stay at hospital was excellent and he succeeded on that big time. Highly Recommended!!

It was a great experience at maccure hospital. Each & Every Doctor, nurses (spcl. mention priti ji & others), staff was co operative including houskeeping staff & special mention lactation consultant Dahnwanti ji, her guidance retelated to new born baby & wife was really helpful. Lastly Mr. Ramprap ji (Always go to person) he was so supportive from admission to discharge. Thanks for all help .

Dr. Neelam Ela is one of the most soft-spoken and professional doctors I’ve ever met. She made my delivery very smooth. The recovery suite provided everything I needed to heal and relax post-delivery, including privacy and round-the-clock assistance.

My wife delivered here, and we were extremely happy with the whole process. The hospital staff was friendly and efficient, and the delivery suite was well-equipped and spotless. It was a relief knowing we were in good hands during such an important moment.
