Absolutely perfect location for a residential wedding with a small gathering. The pool side area and the passage of P2 is the highlight of the venue. The food and variety is amazing curated by Chef Govind Singh. Sanjay has been a great support throughout and ensuring our requirements are met. The decor by Ajay Rungta added perfection to the venue. This is a decent hotel keeping in mind the segment and the cost of the rooms. The staff is polite and mostly gets back to you with the solutions. The food is amazing. The gym is kind of small with only a few equipments.

What a place! It is heaven on earth .Such a good place to be in. A fine hotel! Often mistaken for another Ocean pearl hotel that's right nearby. I think that one's called Ocean Recidency. Anyway, this hotel is nice. Rooms are tidy. The ac takes a lot of time to cool the room down. There's no centralized AC system in place. And I have a strong reason to believe that the hotel provides a room only after 10am, even if they do have an unoccupied room, ready to be given to it's guests. That was a bit too odd. I wouldn't say that the hospitality was great. The gym and spa areas were also under maintenance. Nothing bad about that, but it just added to the not so good feeling.

As per price of the room it was more worthy . Staff behaviour was very humble . We had lot of fun in the pool. The whole ambience was wonderful. Pathetic hospitality....spoils the fun!!! I had my sister's wedding here...two functions were planned in two different venues of the hotel....and a number of rooms too were booked for the guests. A number of last minute surprises or rather shocks I would say were given by the management.The senior managers were absent during the functions and there was no way you could contact them in case something was not happening the way it was promised ( and there were many such things). The venue that was booked for day function was given to somebody else and we had to adjust at some other place. If somebody wants to spoil ones function, go ahead and book the hotel. Once the booking is confirmed they will, start telling you about all the things that will be charged extra. Also you will have to appoint 2-3 people to run behind the staff to get things done in time. Overall a very very bad experience!!! I wish I had an option for a negative/ zero star!!

Nice place, but the a/c never seem to be working. Had an event here, booked pacific 3 and crystal lounge for it and mid event the air conditioning went kaput! no airflow in the hall at all, all guests were complaining and we had to request them to step out of the halls as it was much better there! In April!
