First - getting here and coming back was a really tough job. Google maps gave us directions through narrow streets of some village. There wasn't a "main road" for 6-7 kms. Second - the venue seemed below average in terms of ambiance, decor, staff, etc. Third - the food and the service was below average as well. It wasn't a good experience attending a marriage function from a location little far off from Chattarpur.

A very average hotel in the area despite so much competition around. Rooms are fine. Cleanliness and hygiene are ok. We had complementary breakfast which had a few stale things served. They have a big scope of serving their guests better.

Booked a room with Ocean Pearl Gardenia, Chhatarpur for 3 days. Yesterday night at 2 AM, hotel staff barged in my room opening the door with master key. My gf was there and she was was traumatised. We escalated the matter to the Manager but the hotel took no action. Absolutely no action, no apology, no repentance for the crime they have committed. When I went out to confront, 8-9 male staff members had gathered. Had my girl been alone I don’t know what could have happened at this allegedly 4 star hotel. Women must exercise caution in booking this hotel. Worst kind of security breach that can happen! Update : the hotel management called us and apologised profusely. It was a mistake on their part that this happened. They refunded the booking amount. But there was no compensation with respect to the mental trauma, breach of privacy. I had gone to resort at Chattarpur, Delhito attend a wedding of my close relations. Stayed their for 2 nights. Found the resort with well laid spacious rooms with good level of hygiene. The food and service was good. This resort mainly caters to weddings. They have a business center and can be tried for Corporates conferences and L&D programs

The staff.... So lovely, helpful, welcoming, excellent communicators and professional. The hotel has excellent accommodation, spacious, clean and high class. This place is fantastic . However it is located in chattarpur a little far for delhiites .The entrance has a water fountain , and the place was well decorated . Nobody could ask more from a place .It was spectacular . There was a small mandap in the outside and function hall inside . It looks so grand. The food however, was the best part. The vereities nd delicacies were of the quality parrallel to a 5 star hotel like Taj . one couldnt have found a better arrangement in delhi NCR than this one .
