The Ocean Pearl Gardenia

I feel extremely proud and happy writting this review. Ocean pearl has treated us like their family. Their cooperation with us has been unmatched which is why we have done over 4 functions at their property now including destination weddings. Their sales staff is one of the best and will try to accommodate every little demand. Special mention to Rajeev ji and Sanjay ji. Extremely happy with them and recommend them to everyone. We had the pleasure of hosting my wedding functions at the Ocean Pearl Gardenia in January, and it was the best decision we ever made. Our booking was done through Mr. Sanjay Rawat, and when he said that his team would take care of everything and we would enjoy like guests at the wedding, he truly meant it. From the management to the head chef, Mr. Govind, to Ajay’s decor team, everything was impeccable. Our family cannot thank them enough for making our ceremonies an unforgettable experience. Every guest appreciated the service, delicious food and decor, which made our decision to host at the Ocean Pearl worth it. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

I had my wedding function on 9th of dec. I never wrote review on any platform but they made me do. They gave us a real bad service of food, decoration wasn’t done up till 9PM. Please do not ever do your function there. They are big CHEAT. They say something n do something different. Food options were not as per our choice. We selected food as per our choice but they did not give. Real disappointment by Saurav, Pooja & the people in management. Please think multiple times before doing any function there.
