Zotails - Luxury Care for Pets

A very good and luxurious store for your fur babies. A one stop pet shop for all your pet needs. Staff is very good and Co-operative. I left my dog for four days in their dog day care and she was so happy there. Very much satisfied with their services.

I had the worst experience at Zotails as i took my dog for grooming and when they brought him out, i saw that my dog’s eye were bloodied and cut but they didn’t tell us, i asked them. The staff said that there was something stuck so they pulled it. Their doctor is so unprofessional that he doesn’t have manners to talk and my dog has hernia but the doctor is saying it is a tumour and needs surgery. I recommended you all to not to send your dogs here and take any action against them.

The best Go to place for my pup Doodle..the staff of Zotails not only friendly but also make the pup comfortable in the zone.... I'm really very happy with Prakash's work there. He does his work with full dedication and he is highly skilled guy dealing with pups ....Keep up the Good work Prakash👏🏻👍🏻 …

Worst pet saloon ever my dog has infection in full body now and these people are really rude. Please do not send your fur babies here These people I tell you have the audacity of telling my babies review as fake wow… so that more customers do not know what they do? Really..pathetic. What will one get while giving a fake review? Will never visit again and wont suggest anyone else to do so.worst experience ever..services that do not accept there mistake..made a blunder..you use fake products not me giving fake reviews..

Good place for pet accessories, treatment and dog day care

Extremely happy to see how they care for animals. The best thing is they also help abandoned animals. Never let them feel alienated. Best quality of food is provided to them and the members present there are much more cooperative. Even the infrastructure is suitable for these pets. The kind of facilties they provide are spectacular. Really I had a great experience there!! Keep going ahead with this spirit!

The Best shop for all your pet supplies! They provide every variety of pet products from excellent companies offering premium quality and safety for your beloved best friends... The owner is an extremely knowledgeable, kind and helping person who is actually an animal lover and NOT just a money-minded businessman sitting there to fool customers like I've found in other shops. He will solve your queries and guide you to purchase the best product for your dog/cat... And the best part is that the prices are perfectly reasonable plus they give discount on top of that.

They charge you extra. They don't inform you that there will be extra charges and once the consultation is done they will add the charges in the bill. The new doctor is worst.

This store has EVERYTHING- Premium Food, fun toys, cozy beds, and even wide variety of tasty treats! I love that they carry high-quality brands I trust for my dog. The staff is super helpful in recommending the best products. Their groomers truly care about pet's comfort and the facilities are awesome. Will definitely visit here again and again from now.

Great Store! Had a very nice experience.....
