Zotails - Luxury Care for Pets

Beat pet store to buy geniune products at reasonable price. I visited the store to buy cat food and was amazed to see the variety of products available. Also the staff is knowledge and helpful.

They have very good boarding for dogs but unfortunately they want to close the boarding. Iam from Noida and I specially leave my dog there. Your staff is very good , especially Joshi ji. Please don't shut your boarding. A shout out to all the people to plead them not to shut their boarding.

Honestly the best veterinarian clinic within the proximity for those staying in Patel Nagar. They have everything you need. Every single thing. My kitten, Yukio who is less than 2 months old was having issues in terms of digestion. The consultant did a thorough inspection starting from taking her temperature and examined her from head to toe. Asked me about her history and all the details that I could give for my kitten. I also showed them the medication I have been giving Yukio for deworming, and asked me all the information I could give, to check out if I was doing it correctly or not. They are patient, they are really very good in terms of customer service. As long as I’m residing here me and my baby girl have a place for all her necessities that she needs. Thank you Zotails❤️

Hi, I really wish the owner sees this review. It's an amazing place for boarding , the place takes care by feeding fresh food, requisite walk and care to ur fur babies. I have a retriever zoya and I drop her if I have to go anywhere . Whether it's a day or more than 1 day she is kept as if it's her home. Staff like Ravi, Dikshant and most important joshi bhaiya keeps all dogs like his own dog. I don't why but it's a sincere request to the staff. Owner and don't close boarding . Pls just bz of 1 or 2 finicky owners don't close boarding. Bathing and shop is not your USP, we won't come from Gurgaon and noida for just Bathing but an experience of goodboarding will always be remembered. I come from noida and have 4 more ppl coming from noida for zotails boarding experience

I'm thrilled with Zootails pet care store! They've made my pet Caramel feel incredibly comfortable during grooming sessions and shopping for essentials. The cherry on top was their complimentary Christmas photo shoot - what a lovely festive touch! Five stars and highly recommended!

"Zotails pet care store has exceeded my expectations! Their expert grooming and welcoming atmosphere make my pet Caramel feel right at home. The complimentary Christmas photo shoot was the perfect holiday treat. Five stars and highly recommended - a must-visit for pet parents!"

Great experience. The owner has good knowledge on dogs and has a huge range of pet products that are no where to be found in the nearby area. They are specialists in grooming/styling. I would certainly recommend "zotails"to any dog owner who is looking for a one stop shop and a wholesome experience.Keep up the hard work. Recommended

As a busy pet parent. I really appreciate the convenience of this store. I can take my dog for grooming and also can buy food from the same place. Love their services.

Recently I have visited zotails and I must say this is the best pet store near me because I've got everything I need for my dog Oreo. Their staff is genuinely helpful and the grooming service is very good.

One of the best pet shops in delhi, I recently got a dog and the zotails team has helped me with everything from scratch. I would like to give a special shoutout to dr. Lalit, he has been very good and has advised me throughout the process. All the other staff is also very gentle and polite with the animals. Love the experience overall
