Zotails - Luxury Care for Pets

Absolutely horrendous experience with their grooming services. I had gotten a cut and bath service from them for my dogs, and they developed a rash due to the trimming device used. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt and reused their services again after giving very clear and specific instructions to ensure the well being of my dogs; even prescribed to a medicated bath to avoid the same problems occuring again. This time they've developed a new kind of allergic reaction, where their skin has broken out into angry red lumps all over their bodies. Not only did I spend extra money, I am now stuck with vet bills for these issues, and not to mention the discomfort and irritation that my dogs have to suffer through because of their negligence and incompetence. If it were possible to give zero or negative rating, that's what I would have given. I would recommend NOBODY to ever use their grooming services. They are only looking to make the most money without any real concern and care for your pets' well being.

Amazing Staff. My dog looked so beautiful to fly inside the plane. Quality items in this store. The staff was so helpful to help me find a ride with my dig, since most taxi's in India won't allow a dog. Their car is dirtier then a dog!

Highly recommended as a one stop solution for any and every grooming requirement for your pets. Not tomiss the fresh arrivals as accessories and all high end premium products which are always not possible to get it from a local shop team are doing a great job .

Best place I visited to buy pers products and for Grooming. Nice, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Guided me to buy best product for my furry baby.

I took my dog for grooming and I don’t know what shampoo these guys use because ever since my dog has bad allergies. If they have a little more crowd they don’t pay attention, they leave puppies wet after cleaning before blow drying them in winters. Trust me guys if you love your pet don’t take them here!

Hi today on my recent visit to buy pet accessories from zotails I found a lot of variety on reasonable prices. Friendly, nice experience and knowledgeable staff guided me to buy best product for my pet.

I must say i am happy with the improvements in their service. Got my dog washed and trimmed she turned out perfect with no cuts or anything like it happened twice previously. Not sure how they are doing with their hostel service but i guess you deserved a good review now.

We are taking our 1 year old Golden retriever female to Zotails since the day we got her. Dr. Lalit Sisodiya is amazing, he is very knowledgeable and has great empathy for all his patients. His diagnosis is always accurate and we 100% trust his advice. He offers detailed explanations and practical advice. He and his team helped us keep track of all vaccinations and gave regular reminders. We have now moved to Europe but still Dr. Lalit is just a call away. He and his assistant Rajesh Ji go above and beyond for our baby. Our baby loved to visit her vet regularly. Zotails was not only closer to our earlier residence, but also all the staff were super friendly, facility was clean, service was great & pricing was reasonable. Zotails is the perfect luxury one stop shop for all pet related stuff be it vet, grooming, boarding, food, accessories, treats, toys etc. We are really grateful to Dr. Lalit and highly recommend him and Zotails for your furry kids.

Zero customer service relationship. They have some pet dogs at the entrance taking shelter, super aggressive in nature, 2 of them have bitten my dog. Putting the review right away after getting back to home. They should be aware of these things. My last visit. Thankyou
