Zotails - Luxury Care for Pets

Zotails is absolutely wonderful for pet care! My furry friend always comes back happy and looking amazing. The staff genuinely cares and provides such a luxurious experience. Highly recommend them! 🐾💖🐶✨ …

i had the worst experience at Zotails i sent my dog for grooming and called them an hour later regarding picking him up but they didn't answer my calls and kept delaying finally i went to collect my dog, even though my calls were not being answered just to see that my dog's ear was bleeding due to the unprofessionalism of the workers. i asked them to show me the camera recording but they refused to show the recordings and the footage was hampered i recommended you all to not to send your fur babies here and expect some action to be taken upon this

Zotails is hands down one of the best pet stores in Delhi! 🐾 The variety of products is amazing — from premium pet food to fun toys and accessories, they have everything a pet parent could ask for. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help you choose what’s best for your pet. I also appreciate how well-organized and clean the store is. My pet loves everything I’ve bought from here, and I truly trust their quality. Highly recommended to all pet lovers! ❤️🐶🐱

I highly recommend Dr. Himanshu and the team at Zoetails. I brought my pet in for skin infection and the care we received was excellent.

Awesome experience!! saw an ad on instagram & had booked a grooming package including ear cleaning and bath, drying and paw massage. The place was clean and proper hygiene was maintained. My pup looked and smelled amazing😊 post session. Bought a harness and dog treats as well …

Good service and staff behaviour was also good specially anmol bhaiya done a very good job on my pet and dikshant bhaiya was also very friendly I must recommend zotails if you love your pet.

One of the worst places to visit as the vet has no knowledge at all. He almost killed one my friends pet. The worst part was that no one contacted them after that. If you want to loose your pet go there. The basic knowledge with the doctor is missing and he panics. If you want to avoid harm or seriously make your pet unwell go there. Their doctor should be removed immidiately

We came for product of our pet kitto, staff is very politely. Highly recommend for there service. We were attended by the crew member dikshant bhaiya, he is so polite. Thank you so much good service. Please visit all pet lovers...
