I recently completed a Ladakh bike trip with Glabol, and unfortunately, my overall experience was extremely disappointing. The quality of the riding gear provided was far below expectations. The riding jackets were old and poorly maintained, and the bikes were in a very poor condition. On a route as demanding as Ladakh, riders expect well-maintained motorcycles and proper safety gear, but that wasn’t the case. Even the helmets appeared unhygienic and seemed to have been used for a very long time without proper upkeep. The initial trip marshal assigned to our group was another major disappointment. A marshal should be experienced, knowledgeable, responsible, and capable of leading a group safely through difficult terrains. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite. The lack of professionalism, guidance, and leadership negatively affected the trip. The customer support and overall management were equally disappointing. Whenever we reached out with genuine concerns, instead of listening to us and trying to resolve the issues, the staff often became argumentative. In particular, one of the female staff members (aastha) we were in contact with over calls had a very unprofessional approach to customer service. Rather than understanding our concerns and working towards a solution, she came across as dismissive and focused on defending the company. When customers raise valid issues, they expect support and solutions not unnecessary arguments. Overall, the management, communication, and coordination throughout the trip were poor, making the experience far more stressful than it should have been. That said, there was one person who completely changed our experience. our second marshal, Zakir Bhai. He was exceptional. He was calm, experienced, supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about the safety and comfort of everyone in the group. His leadership made a huge difference, and he turned what had been a frustrating trip into a much better experience. He was undoubtedly the highlight of our trip. If I ever consider riding again, it would only be if Zakir Bhai were leading the group. Overall, I cannot recommend Glabol based on my experience due to the poor condition of the bikes, inadequate riding gear, weak management, unprofessional customer support, and the initial lack of effective leadership. However, I sincerely thank Zakir Bhai for his dedication and professionalism. He was the only reason our trip ended on a positive note.

First of all great experience from glabol, I highly recommend this to all the people who are on a budget travel frenzy !! Great rooms ( and I mean really GREAT), amazing views (direct from the room) and crazy fun ( this is toh given with when you read glabol ) with all the travellers !! Trip leader was Niraj Koushal, mann this guy knew and I mean knew his stuff guided with where we might find the best paragliding, longest zipline with ( yes we did this too ), crazyy river rafting ( in freezing glacier river water, shakes yours body but calms your soul ) dropping us to correct set of genuine people who will help us do these amazing adventures without anyone of us being duped. Hell he even knew the locations for best cafes !! Genuinely recommend Glabol !! Thanks a lot Glabol and Special thanks to Niraj !! ( We did the great himachal tour with these guys and plan to do many more ) PS - first pic is the view from our room !!

I recently travelled to Thailand with GlobalIndia, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. Everything was perfectly organised, comfortable, and seamless from start to end. A special mention to Sakshi, our group leader — she truly made the trip unforgettable. She is dashing, confident, and extremely professional, with all the qualities a perfect tour leader should have. Her coordination, patience, energy, and ability to manage the entire group so smoothly were remarkable. She ensured that we were always comfortable, well-informed, and enjoying every moment. Had a great experience overall on the Himachal backpacking trip organised through Glabol. In terms of the itinerary, it felt quite hectic at times. The schedule was packed and left very little room to rest or enjoy certain places at a relaxed pace. A slightly more balanced itinerary would make the experience more comfortable for travellers. There were also a few basic arrangements that could have been improved. For example, essentials like providing water during long bus journeys to the hotel or camp stays were missing, which would have made the travel between destinations more convenient. Additionally, we were initially informed that around 16 people would be joining the trip, but the group ended up being only 8 people. While this wasn’t an issue for me personally, a bit more transparency around such details would have been appreciated. That said, a special mention to our captain Devanshi, who truly made the trip enjoyable. She was friendly, fun-loving, and created a great vibe for the entire group. She made sure everyone was comfortable and even went out of her way to include additional spots and introduce us to authentic local food, which added a lovely local touch to the experience.

Had an amazing experience on the Leh Ladakh bike trip with Glabol. The entire journey from Leh to Leh was perfectly organized and turned out to be one of the most memorable adventures for us. A special appreciation to our marshal, Vikas, for his exceptional dedication, guidance, patience, and support throughout the ride. He ensured everyone felt safe, comfortable, and motivated during the entire journey. His coordination and positive attitude truly made a huge difference in our experience. From breathtaking landscapes to unforgettable memories and amazing bonding moments, everything about this trip was wonderful. Thank you, Glabol and Vikas, for giving us such a beautiful and lifetime memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an adventurous and well-organized Leh Ladakh ride 🤍
