Conquering the Manali–Srinagar circuit over 12 days and 11 nights was an absolute dream come true. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Leh–Ladakh Adventure with Global Expedition Pvt. Ltd. We had an amazing Leh–Ladakh adventure with Global Expedition Pvt. Ltd. We were a group of four from Hyderabad, and we found them through Instagram. From the moment we booked until the end of our trip, everything was well organized and professionally managed. The package was excellent, covering all the major attractions and adventure experiences. The entire team took great care of us throughout the journey, making sure we were comfortable, safe, and enjoying every moment. A special thanks to Vikas(our Marshal)our Marshal and team lead for a batch of 52 members. His dedication, leadership, patience, and constant support throughout the trip were truly exceptional. His efforts were beyond words and played a huge role in making this adventure a great success.and the backend team Stanzin, Selex Zangpo and Jabba for their outstanding support, coordination, and hospitality. Extremely disappointing and poorly organised experience with Glabol India. This was one of the worst-organised trips I’ve experienced. * The pickup arrived almost an hour late, with no proper arrangements for us to freshen up after arriving. * The bikes were in terrible condition and clearly not properly inspected or maintained before the trip. * The safety gear was in pathetic condition, and we were treated very poorly when asking for basic safety equipment. * Knee pads were specifically mentioned as included, but after we arrived, we were refused the knee pads. * The backup vehicle was not adequately equipped to support a group of 15–20 bikes. Even basic breakdowns took hours to resolve. * One of the bike tubes already had multiple puncture repairs, which raises serious concerns about the condition of the bikes provided. * The trip was very poorly coordinated and managed throughout. * Our Chandratal stay was cancelled despite tents being available, completely disrupting our plans. * Whenever we tried to contact the company for help, our calls were not answered. The marshals kept telling us to “talk to the company,” while the company itself refused to provide any proper assistance or resolution. * Special mention to Astha, who was extremely uncooperative and refused to acknowledge or accept responsibility for the issues we faced. Despite repeatedly raising our concerns, not a single satisfactory resolution was provided. * At the time of returning the bikes, the bike vendor also claimed that the handle was bent and threatened us, which was an extremely unpleasant way to end an already terrible experience. The biggest issue was not just that things went wrong things can go wrong on an adventure trip. The problem was the complete lack of accountability and support when they did. Overall, the trip felt completely mismanaged, from transportation and accommodation to bike quality, safety equipment and customer support. If you value your safety and expect basic professionalism and accountability from your travel operator, I would strongly recommend thinking a million times before booking with Glabol India. Based on my experience, I would personally never book with them again.

I recently completed the Manali-Sarchu-Hanle-Umlingla-Pangong-Leh-Nubra-Kargil-Srinagar bike expedition with Global Expeditions. and it was a journey filled with truly breathtaking landscapes and unforgettable memories. The entire trip was well-organized, with excellent planning, comfortable accommodations, and great support throughout the journey. What truly made this trip exceptional, however, was the incredible on-ground crew. A special thanks to our ride marshal - Zakir and Mechanic - Namgyal , who did an outstanding job leading, managing, and guiding the group. Whenever we faced a hurdle, they handled the situation calmly. Critical Area for Improvement : While the staff was amazing, the Royal Enfield Himalayan bikes provided by the company require serious attention. The bikes were not properly conditioned or serviced before sending us into the harsh Himalayan terrain. During the trip, the gears kept dropping, and critical safety features like the headlights and indicators were completely non-working. Having a front wheel axle cut mid-journey is a major safety hazard. Global Expeditions must strictly upgrade their bike servicing and conditioning standards to ensure rider safety.
