Went ladakh with glabol, safety top notch, stay and food top notch, riding gears super safe, and team is marvelous especially niraj and both jimmy, highly recommend for beginners specially.

We had been on a group tour and had contacted Glabol Expedition for our tour. Tushar Yadav was our tour coordinator, he had done all the arrangements very well. Glabol had arranged very nice trip for us and also helped us explore all the local places in the trip. The stays provided were very good and also the taxi service was good. Overall experience was really good.

Hi All, We Joined 24th Sep Manali Leh Srinagar batch. It was a bike ride from Manali to Srinagar but when we reached Leh they told that bike ride will not happen from here and we will book a tempo traveller for you all to Srinagar. This was sudden instruction pased to us and reason given was snow is there near zozilla pass etc., As we had no option we went in tempo traveller and when we crossed zozilla pass the environmental condition were pretty good. Glabol just did everthing as per their convinence. Apart from this the hotel conditions in Hanley were not good, no heaters, hot water for bath etc. I would suggest to discuss in detail with you spoc before doing booking with Glabol Tour duration 4+ hr

Very disappointing experience with Glabol Travels. The staff and service were extremely poor throughout the trip. Communication was one of the biggest issues—they rarely answered calls or messages and failed to share important trip details on time. Their main focus seemed to be collecting the remaining payment rather than ensuring customers had a smooth and enjoyable experience. Even basic information and trip coordination were not provided properly, leaving travelers to manage many things on their own. While the first two stays were decent, the experience went downhill afterward. The last hotel and the bus provided were among the worst parts of the trip. The final hotel was located in a very poor area with difficult access and inadequate surroundings, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. The quality of transportation and accommodation did not match what was promised. What was most frustrating was the lack of concern for tour members. Despite all the customers being cooperative, patient, and managing situations ourselves, the team showed little responsibility or professionalism. Overall, this was a poorly managed trip with disappointing service, weak communication, and substandard arrangements. I would strongly advise others to do thorough research before booking with Glabol Travels.

It was a very disappointing experience for Spiti Circuit. This was my first-ever bike trip, and unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst travel experience I’ve had. The biggest issue was the group captain, Devanshi. The management was extremely poor, with a lack of professionalism and proper communication. There was clear bias in the way participants were treated, with more attention given to bachelor riders while others were overlooked. The behavior was often rude, abusive, and unprofessional. The safety briefings were also handled very negatively, with unnecessary references to deaths and dead bodies instead of providing constructive guidance. As a group captain, I expected someone responsible, supportive, and capable of creating a positive environment, but the experience was quite the opposite. I booked this trip to create beautiful memories, but because of the poor management and the behavior of the group captain, it became a very unpleasant experience. Sadly, this has made me decide that I will never travel with Glabol again. I sincerely request the Glabol team to appoint more responsible, mature, and professional group captains. Customers pay for a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience—not to leave with disappointment.

I had a trip to thailand with glabol. It is hands down the best trip experience. They are really professional. We got exceptionally great hotels and luxury transport and a very polite trip lead sakshi. The group was perfect (12 people) and they were taking care of everyone all the time. The trip was all about providing an experience to the fellow mates. Special mention to Sakshi (Trip lead) and Santosh who helped me with booking and all my queries. Can't wait to get another trip with glabol. Cheers 🥂
