I recently completed a Spiti Valley bike trip organized by Global. While the landscapes of Spiti are absolutely mesmerizing, the agency's management, logistics, and staff execution were highly disappointing. It is definitely an "okay" agency, but far from the best. There are much better operators out there if you want a seamless experience. Here is a detailed breakdown of what went wrong and the very few things that went right: 1. Unprofessional & Irresponsible Trip Leader Our assigned trip leader was a guy named Srinjoy, and he was a total disaster. We later found out he was just a freelancer who was informed about this Spiti trip a mere two days before it started. He had absolutely no knowledge or idea about the Spiti region. He took zero accountability. Whenever we brought up an issue or asked why something was missing, his standard reply was, "Go and ask Global." If we have to coordinate directly with the agency for everything, what is the point of sending a trip leader? He showed no responsibility toward the group's schedule. When people were running late, instead of managing the timeline, he would casually say, "They are getting late, what can I do?" He treated the entire journey like a free, paid holiday for himself. He spent his time making Instagram reels and having fun rather than focusing on his job or taking care of the group. 2. Hidden Charges & Unfair Bike Policies Global completely hides crucial policies in their itinerary. Once you are already on the trip, they suddenly inform you that if a bike's clutch plate burns out, you have to pay ₹3,000 to ₹4,000 out of your own pocket. Even if you inherit a bike that was already poorly maintained and the clutch fails in your hands, you are held liable. Three to four people in our group were forced to pay this at the end. Because you are stuck in a remote region, you have no option but to comply and pay up. 3. Poor Pre-Trip Coordination & Communication The backend team (including an assistant named Aastha) is incredibly slow to respond and rarely gives proper updates. They randomly changed my bus ticket without any prior notice, and I had to fight and follow up aggressively just to get it renewed and fixed. The communication on the road was just as bad. When landslides forced us to skip the Kinnaur Gate, they didn't give us a heads-up or explain the situation beforehand. They literally waited until the entire day ended to casually mention that we had skipped it. 4. Rushed Itinerary & Misleading Accommodation Because our trip leader couldn't manage time properly, the whole group was constantly running late. As a result, when we reached the iconic Key Monastery, they didn't even allow us to go inside. They gave us extremely limited time and rushed us through it. Additionally, be prepared for a surprise at Chandratal—there is no double occupancy available; you will be crammed into 4-person occupancy rooms/tents. 5. Substandard Gear & Bike Conditions The rented bikes provided by Global were below average and not in good condition. To make matters worse, the riding jackets they handed out were dirty and unwashed. When we brought it up, a technician admitted that the jackets had literally just come back from a previous batch two days prior and were handed straight to us without being cleaned. They also didn't provide sufficient knee pads, forcing the majority of the group to wear elbow guards on their knees for protection. The Only Saving Grace: Rahul (Trip Marshal/Mechanic) The only reason I am giving this review 2 stars instead of 1 is because of our trip marshal and mechanic, Rahul. He was an absolute gentleman and a true professional. He guided us exceptionally well and worked tirelessly to handle the poor bike conditions. Having a competent mechanic like Rahul on the ground was a lifesaver. Global needs to learn how to manage trips from people like him.

Very bad experience by glabol team. We had booked manali to srinagar 10 days bike trip. Firstly they changed the plan of stay at sarchu by themselves by saying the camps are removed. When we crossed Sarchu there were many camps on the way. Due to this we were forced to ride bike 450+ km in a single day with temperature -2 degree. The crew and management was very poor for the whole journey. Then they asked the bikers in Leh that bikes will not go forward from Leh and you all have to go in traveller. Our stay in Kargil was also cancelled with the reason of bad weather conditions which was not true. Due to this we were again forced travel from Leh to Srinagar in a single day with 450+ km. We reached hotel at 12:15 am at late night and to our surprise my room was not in the list and was removed by the management few hours ago intentionally because of fight of my husband with the management. I was already having 102 degree fever and bad cold. After waiting for 30 mins and discussing with them they told my husband that they removed the booking intentionally and all the crew members started false accusations on my husband. We were a group of 22 people and each one of them has faced issue with the management and behaviour of the glabol team. Highly disappointed. We spend our hard earned money to get some peace on vacation and they ruined everything. Suggest everyone not to book from them.

Had a great Manali-Leh trip. Siddharth the group captain was great fun and a really good communicator. The whole thing ran very smoothly and we saw some incredible scenery. Also a big shoutout to Zak (Marshall) who did a great job leading the way in the bikes and making sure nobody got lost/ left behind. Incredible experience would recommend to all

Recently, we visited Vietnam through Glabol agency, the itinerary was curated perfectly, the trip went on so smooth, did not face any hurdles anywhere and the timings they provided for pick up and drop were so accurate and sharp. Accommodation was really really good. Thanks to Glabol for giving us a seamless and a memorable experience to remember for a lifetime.

Trip of a lifetime. Took solo bike ride across ladakh. Accommodation - Bikes - Support - Meals everything was spot on and absolute Value for money.

Overall, we had the best group trip with Glabol! A big shoutout to Neeraj, Rahul, Lovsang, and Ashwini for their exceptional service throughout the journey — you all made us feel truly safe and well taken care of. If I could suggest one thing for improvement: It would be great if the back office team could provide a backup contact and share group details a bit earlier — I was added to the group just a day before the trip.
