My overall experience with Splendid Spiti was absolutely memorable. I met a bunch of really incredible people and made some great memories. A huge shoutout to our captain, Devanshi, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire journey. ​Midway through the trip, my bike had an issue and I couldn’t continue riding it. I was worried it would ruin the rest of my vacation, but Devanshi stepped in and made sure everything was taken care of and helped in arranging a backup bike for me for the next couple of days so I didn't miss out on anything. A 10/10 experience!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Glabol for a leh Ladakh trip, and I would not recommend booking a group trip with them. The biggest issue throughout the trip was the complete lack of leadership. There was no group leader from Glabol for the entire trip, and no one took accountability for coordinating the group or handling issues. Because of the poor planning and constant delays, we ended up missing a few experiences as we were always running behind schedule. I do want to acknowledge that the marshal and the backup vehicle driver were very supportive and did their best to help throughout the journey. However, their efforts could not make up for the absence of an official Glabol team member to lead the trip and manage the group effectively. The communication from Glabol was also extremely poor. There was no proper briefing on the first day, no clear itinerary walkthrough, and no session to introduce the trip members to each other, which is something I have seen other group travel companies organize. It felt very unorganized from the beginning. The most disappointing part was the way my concerns were handled on the last day. When I called the Glabol team for assistance, they spoke to me in an unprofessional and dismissive manner instead of trying to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, the local taxi driver hired by Glabol used abusive language towards me. This was completely unacceptable, and despite informing Glabol about the incident, they took no action and showed no concern for the situation. Overall, the trip lacked coordination, accountability, and basic customer support. I expected a professionally managed group travel experience, but unfortunately, Glabol failed to deliver on even the basics. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make significant improvements to their trip management and customer service.

We were three friends on The Great Himachal Tour, but we chose the private option and honestly, that made all the difference. Having our own car instead of travelling in a tempo traveller with a big group gave us the freedom to enjoy the trip at our own pace. We even added Jibhi to the itinerary, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. A big shoutout to Vipin bhai, our driver from Dharamshala to Jibhi. From day one, he was polite, energetic and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. It never felt like just a drive he guided us, helped us and made the journey feel comfortable and fun throughout. Special thanks to Abhilash, who was our point of contact during booking. He was honestly the backbone of our trip planning. From the very first inquiry till the last day of the tour, he was always available no matter what. Every time we needed help or had a question, he made sure things were sorted quickly and smoothly. Really grateful for how supportive and reliable he was. That said, before the trip we were assigned a coordinator, Astha and unfortunately, that part wasn’t great. She was quite unresponsive and we often had to call multiple times and send several messages just to get a reply and when we did, the responses felt a bit defensive rather than helpful. It would really help if she could be more responsive and open to feedback going forward. Overall though, the experience was amazing. We made some beautiful memories, saw stunning places, and had a really smooth journey thanks to the right people stepping up when it mattered. Abhilash – thank you for being there throughout and making sure everything ran seamlessly. Vipin bhai – thank you for your energy, guidance and for being such a great part of our trip.

Would not recommend. If you’re considering booking with Global Group, be prepared for last-minute hotel changes, poor coordination, and constant follow-ups for basic travel arrangements. During our recent Manali trip: • Hotels were changed multiple times, including up to the day of check-in. • We had to switch hotels almost every day due to poor planning. • Some rooms were not properly cleaned or sanitized before check-in. • Bus tickets were not shared proactively, and we had to repeatedly follow up until the day of travel—both while traveling to Manali and returning to Delhi. • Communication was poor throughout the trip. The team was quick when it came to collecting payments, but the actual execution and customer experience fell far below expectations. My suggestion: plan your own itinerary and book accommodations directly if you want a hassle-free trip.

Had an amazing Thailand trip. Everything was well planned and hassle-free – from airport transfers to hotel stays. We explored Bangkok’s nightlife, enjoyed the lively vibes of Pattaya, relaxed in beautiful Krabi, and also experienced the Full Moon Party which was absolutely unforgettable. The itinerary also included exciting water activities like parasailing, underwater sea walking, and banana boat rides – all of which made the trip even more thrilling.
