I recently traveled to Himachal Pradesh with Global India, and this being my first trip with them, I must say it was an excellent experience. The entire trip was very well organized, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The hotel stays, food, and overall arrangements were really good. All the activities, including paragliding and other adventures, were well planned and added a lot of excitement to the trip. A special mention to our team leader, Devanshi. She was extremely friendly, supportive, and ensured that we covered everything as per the itinerary. Her positive attitude and helpful nature made the journey even more enjoyable, and she truly felt like a great friend throughout the trip. The driver bhaiya was also very polite and ensured a safe and comfortable journey, especially on the mountain roads. Overall, it was a memorable trip with amazing experiences and great coordination. I would definitely recommend Global India to anyone looking for a well-planned and enjoyable travel experience. 🏞️❤️🎉🌟

We recently went on a Himachal tour with Glabol Expedition, and honestly, it was one of the most memorable trips of our lives! From the very beginning, everything was perfectly planned, well-organized, and executed smoothly. His constant support kept the group motivated and comfortable throughout the journey. He ensured everyone felt included, safe, and taken care of. Whether it was managing logistics, guiding us through local spots, or simply making sure we were all enjoying ourselves. Traveling with Glabol Expedition felt less like a tour and more like a family trip. The bonding, fun moments, and seamless coordination made it an unforgettable experience. Will be recommending to not go with them. Gave one star as there is no option to give 0 Do not make full payment until the trip started as they can cancel the trip 2 days before, can transfer you to another b2b travel company without any intimation of the charges. it changed once a package was bought. Before 2 days of trip they offered to arrange a trip with another group led by Bykos journey by telling us that this is also their company. The package charges were not disclosed even after asking repeatedly. And we had to opt for the trip as we have no other option left. After discussing with the co-travellers we got to know that Bykos charged 19k for one person and Glabol charged us 21k each for 2 people and didn't even disclose the same. We paid 4k above everyone and Not only the coordinator was inexperienced, we got to know that the itinerary was not the same, which led to frustration within the group and the spiti circuit was also ruined for us. And it happened with almost everyone in the group. Later at Chandratal, " in a no electricity and no network zone", a friend of one of the three coordinators created nuisance under the influence of alcohol by driving his car over the ropes of one of the tents where 3 girls from our group were resting, followed by harassment and abuses were hurled at the girls. They were dead scared, somehow escaped the tent and reached out to us in our tent. We then went out and got a hold of the situation and the coordinators were nowhere to be seen. The traveller driver was the only person diffusing the whole situation. The tent was destroyed, one of the tables were crushed as well. Due to this, 12 people had to sleep in one tent as the ladies were scared and wanted to be around other people for safety. Now I've been reaching out to the Glabol for explanation on how we were charged more and a refund should be initiated for the difference(4k). After false promises, there has been no development in this regard. Utterly disappointed. This was my first experience with them and would never recommend Glabol again!!

I recently went on a 7-day Thailand trip covering Phuket, Krabi, Koh Phangan, and Koh Samui through Glabol. Unfortunately, my experience with the organizers was disappointing. The biggest issue was the absence of the tour guide. We were informed on the day the trip started that the guide would not be joining us and would assist virtually. While emergencies are understandable, there was no proper backup plan, and we were left to manage most things on our own. Communication was also poor. The WhatsApp group was created just a few days before departure, and during the trip, information was often shared at the last minute. It was also difficult to reach the coordinator when needed. Additionally, there was a clear drop in responsiveness after payment was made. There was mismanagement in room allocation, with arrangements not aligning with what had been promised in the package. The Phi Phi Island tour was another disappointing experience. Although a speedboat tour was included, we were pushed to take an additional boat at extra cost for activities that should have been better managed within the package. In the absence of a tour guide, there was no one to handle such situations. The only positive aspect was the group of people — we managed to make good memories together. Overall, the trip itself was good, but the experience with Glabol was not. I would not recommend this group unless you are comfortable managing things on your own.

My trip to leh ladakh was fantabulous. Management was done well by Mr. Stanzin and our marshal Mr. Vikas guided us throughout the trip really well, both of them were very friendly and supportive it never felt like stranger. Thanks glabol for this mesmerising moments :)

Our experience with Glabol India was a mixed one... The trip started on a very rough note due to clear mismanagement. The journey from Delhi to Jammu was exhausting delays after delays, no proper updates, and almost zero communication from the management side. To make things worse, the bus had wet seats, which made the long travel extremely uncomfortable. The initial onboarding was harsh and poorly handled, and as travelers, we were left confused and frustrated with no support from Management. That said, things improved later, largely because of the tour captain. He handled the situation professionally, guided us well throughout the journey, and most importantly, blended in with the group instead of just “managing” it. His attitude, support, and involvement genuinely helped turn things around and made the trip memorable despite the rough start. The hotels were good and comfortable, which was a relief and added value to the overall experience. One strong suggestion to Glabol India: When natural calamities or unforeseen delays happen, the firm should offer optional extended itineraries on extra charges for travelers who want to experience the trip fully instead of rushing or cutting things short. This flexibility would make a big difference. Overall, the trip had potential and ended on a better note than it began, but better planning, staff coordination, communication, and onboarding are areas that urgently need improvement. With tighter management and the kind of amazing leadership shown by the captain, Glabol India can deliver much stronger experiences.

We all had a really amazing time for the New year's Himachal trip. It was filled with fun and engaging sports. My troupe really loved the stay & food provided. Whether it's manali, Kasol or jibhi. We enjoyed to the fullest except few issues with the driver and that was because he was upset that he couldn't get the commission he was expecting from us. And hats off for prompt response on paragliding arrangement. River rafting was also too enjoyable. 😄😁 A huge thanks to the Global India team for their outstanding arrangements! Despite the New Year's Eve rush and peak season, your team ensured everything ran seamlessly, making our experience truly enjoyable. It was surely better than usual normal group trip arrangements.
