Best in Class travel experience you can get in Rajratan bus journey. I traveled last night in AC Benz from Indore to Mumbai. AC - Perfect 👌 cooling Mobile charger - Well in place along with mobile holder which charge your cell properly and need not worry while sleeping. Security- Webcam and doors get closed when it’s stops for break. Cleaning- mattress are clean Hygiene to use. Tv - working properly with new movie 🍿 on it, sound was kept low to secure others privacy. Staff - Polite and cooperative, they informs before drop points arrives. Over all best bus to travel.

Bus is very clean and very convenient rise and on time I had travel 2 time through there buses experience was good one should try if going for Mumbai to Indore

The TV doesn’t work properly, and there is no internet facility at all. Honestly, it’s better to travel by a normal bus than choose this service. Would not recommend. Very bad experience. This was my first time booking Raj Ratan Bus, and it turned out to be the worst bus service ever. The bus arrived late (9:50 PM instead of 9:15 PM). Dinner stop was done very late at 1:00 AM. No water and no internet facility were provided in the bus. I booked a ₹3600 sleeper coach ticket with a drop time of 4:00 PM at Ayodhya Bypass (Minal Gate No.), Bhopal. But instead, they shifted me from Indore to Bhopal in a sitting bus and dropped me at Lalghati Bus Stand at 7:00 PM. I had to spend extra money on a personal auto (₹300) to reach home and finally reached at 8:30 PM. Total waste of money and time. Paying so much and still traveling in a sitting bus is unacceptable. Worst service ever. I would never recommend Raj Ratan Bus to anyone.

Bus was very good from inside, it was new actually but the Bus dropped 3 hours late at the destination despite arriving at the Pickup location on time.

Pathetic service by the staff very rude behaviour no proper answer from the staff. Very rude and arrogant staff. We were going ujjain and in middle of the journey we were asking to change the buss without any prior notice. This was not accepted by them this very bull shift and nonsense thing I have seen. And we were 2 half 1 was 25 mins and 2 second was 15. And the drive change it to 5 mins . This was totally nonsense thing we pay for good service and this was not accepted by them 😤😤😤😤😤😤😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Buses looks good just from outside but they are not comfortable at all,foul smell comimg from AC went and births are small not comfortable at all.

Bus is hygienic but internal bus sound is too noisy like zum zum it's so irritating please improve it. Overall on time departure

The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere. Overall, the journey was stress-free, efficient, and pleasant—definitely a positive way to travel. 2) It would be great if there is a dedicated waiting lounge in the office for waiting passengers. I have to wait outside the office in the bus parking area.

I had a very disappointing experience with Rajratan Bus Services. They suddenly changed the bus boarding point, which was about 9 km away from the originally mentioned stop. When I contacted the staff, they refused to bring the bus within the city and asked passengers to come to a remote outer location, which did not even feel safe. The bus staff were extremely rude and not willing to listen or help at all. Instead of assisting passengers, they behaved very unprofessionally. The break/restaurant stop during the journey was also very poor in terms of cleanliness and food quality. It felt like the stop was chosen only so the bus staff could get free meals from the restaurant, without considering passenger comfort. Overall, it was a very frustrating and unsafe travel experience. I would not recommend Rajratan Bus Services to anyone.
