Worst experience ever, travelled delhi to ujjain and choosed Raj ratan over Zingbus maxx is biggest mistake! Side paner of sleeper seat broken, conductor helper driver rude along with zero knowleadge of amenities, choosed this bus coz of LED Screen so that my baby can watch it and do not make noise but guess what no wifi, called customer care they said technician will come, no one came then again called and this time they disconnected call in between! Better to choose Zingbuss maxx atleast you will be entertained like guest and will also get meals on drive like first snack on onboarding then dinner and then breakfast too!

Raj Ratan volvo 9600 ( IDR to MUM) Bus is New and Luxury, but bus staff is very rude and unprofessional. They are arguing with every passenger. They should be trainned and be polite with passengers. If their is empty seats they are taking walk-in passengers which is disturbing and risky for us. No water bottle is provided. Think twice before travelling

I travelled in Volvo Multi Axle AC sleeper (seemed like their flagship), from Mumbai to Indore and back. The bus was top notch and luxurious. Had all amenities like blankets, charging points for phone and laptop (separate), curtains, comfy pillows. AC worked well and all vents were functional and not broken unlike many other bus operators. Raj Ratan is always on time in my experience. The place they stop for snacks, dinner was also good and their food was also delicious. The bus also had individual TVs and individual headphones. Highly recommend this brand and the type of bus I opted for. Though this kind is most expensive in their portfolio about ₹1800 when booked earlier and about ₹2500 if booked urgently, it was very well worth it.

Very bad service I booked from gorakhpur to mumbai for my family, ac is not working there so much of heat they can't bear driver behaviour rude their customer care bad no response

Very unprofessional bus agency, they did not stop at boarding point no call by bus operators/ conductor . On raised complaint by redbus they said that i was not there at boarding point so can not refund.

We have travelled from Mumbai to Indore and as we were booked 20+ tickets so we were enjoying in bus however we 2-3 people were standing in bus for talking with friends however the bus driver suddenly hit a hard break with intention to fall us and we all fell down badly he hit the break on samruddhi highway Even there were not any vehicle further or anything on a blank road 9990 was the bus number

Good service - Bus was on time. Bus compartments were clean and spacious enough. Hault at good places. Felt AC was not very cooling. Also felt bus movements during sharp turns/breaks. TV was working initially and then suddenly got off. Overall it was good 👍🏻

Bad Experience......Bus Co-Staff is so rude....They don't know how to deal with passengers spcly for Women passenger....3-4 passengers nearby my seat feel the same & share about there Misbehaviour..... Please Think twice before booking tickets...Else Other options are better in Market.
