Raj Ratan Tours and Travels

Revised on 16.12.2020 Shifted to new location between indian oil.and hp petrol station. It is fully shaded covered premise now. ------------------------- This review purely based on their office/boarding location at choithram square. Staff onsite is cordial and replies to your queries. But no proper shaded seating facility is present just small tin shed with plastic chairs. Washroom which is now a very basic amenities for such highly priced travel operator was a miss with poor lighting.

I came from Gurgaon to Indore, the journey was very comfortable and they dropped me at Indore on time....👍 …

Operator is more concerned about cargo over passengers. They keep passengers waiting in the bus to unload bus cargo instead of dropping passenger to assigned boarding points.

The bus journey was really good, have no complaints, i thought it wouldn't be good after reading the reviews but it turned way better than i expected

Very bed staff and very bed sarvice, mahilaon ke sath battamiji se baat karte hai.mere sath bhut hi battamiji ki gai.aur facility bhi sahi nahi hai.

My experience with Rajratan Tours and Travels was extremely poor and irresponsible. I booked a ticket on 19 January 2026 from Shirpur to Pune. The contact numbers provided on the ticket were not reachable at all. I neither received a call from the driver nor was I picked up from my designated boarding point, and no information or updates were provided. Even after completing the booking, the failure to provide pickup caused serious inconvenience late at night. Being stranded at night is unsafe and stressful, yet the company showed no concern for passenger safety. After this incident, I raised a complaint with RedBus, but neither did RedBus properly accept or resolve the complaint, nor did Rajratan Travels provide any official response. Even after sending emails, there was no reply, which clearly reflects complete negligence. Overall, Rajratan Tours and Travels provides very poor, unprofessional, and unreliable service. I would not recommend anyone to book tickets with this travel company. It was a total waste of time, money, and mental peace.

Their customer support is absolutely awful. They don’t talk respectfully. They don’t want to help at all and don’t care about any passenger. Even after paying so much, they were okay with not helping me and ignoring me. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Travelled several times through Rajratan travels on Mumbai Indore route. It's comfortable and professional.

Only there new buses are good and getting a new or old bus depends on your luck. If you get an old bus, it's very very uncomfortable. The seats are not proper and too small. It's difficult to even sit in these single seat as the AC vent occipues 30 percent of the area. The shock-ups of the bus seemed to be old as there were so many jerks. Even after paying Rs.1700 to travel from Indore to Pune had to go with such a bad and uncomfortable experience.
