Staf is very rude i asked for the password of the android player for my cabin they said hume nhi pata . Even they were not providing you a nice service . Behave like we didn’t pay for the travel

Worst experience ever Uneducated person incharge N bus person Please if u want safe journey, so please don`t go in this bus 1) over speeding driver 2) nonsense incharge in bus 3) unprofessional staff Service call I received 4)WiFi not working 5) washroom is so bad 6) bus driver, not stop bus for washroom 7)2800 I paid is completely waste 8) Service, they mention is not received. No water, no snacks for washroom. Nothing nothing nothing.

The bus ride was fine hut the staff behaviour at Gwalior office was so rude, talking like he owns the company and we are his servants.

Recently I travelled to Nashik from Indore. I travel back and forth through this travel bus. - They haven't updated us about bus getting delayed (1 hour delay). - Not even a single call or a message from bus operator about delay. - Someone was sitting on our seat. The bedsheet was dirty as well as the pillow cover. I asked for replacement but they didn't replace it. The conductor as well as bus driver behaviour was not good. - The size of cabin/bed is approximately 5'6. So a person whose height is greater than 5'6 cannot sleep properly. - They don't have dustbin. - My TV was not working. Only the audio was coming. I asked for fix but they ignored. - Curtains were not properly hanged.
